Hi everyone! I know I haven’t been very active on this account lately. My husband and I have been packing up our lives and moving from Kansas to Idaho. It’s been a hectic couple of weeks, but we are finally settling down and I will be putting the hats up for sale very soon! I have to finish up a few things to make sure that they are ready for purchase. Thank you for your patience! 🥰

Hi all! I’ve spent the last two weeks furiously knitting, and I’m very excited to see my work start to come together! So far I’ve been making red beards and horned hats; can anyone guess what the next batch will look like? 👀

Hi everyone 👋🏼

For the last couple of years, I have been knitting fluffy beards, horned hats and braided mustaches for friends and family as gifts, and I always kicked around the idea of selling these hats. I hadn’t gotten around to it, until something peculiar happened the other day:

My aunt tagged me in a cute Facebook post about knitting, and I saw that a lot of people in the comments were sharing some of their work, so without thinking too much of it, I shared a photo of Patrick wearing a Viking hat I made him.

When I picked up my phone again, I was shocked to see that my photo has accumulated almost a hundred likes in only a few minutes, along with many complementary comments. Within the next few hours, the likes and comments kept coming in, and seeing that many people were asking if I sold these hats, I decided that I would do just that.

As of right now, my goal is to make as many hats as I can until we get closer to Christmas, when I will release them for sale. Along with this page, I’ve created an Instagram account for these hats called The Knitted Norseman and will be regularly posting updates there, as well as my personal account, .
