This is absolutely disgusting. A Florida hospital couldn't live up to quality control standards that protect children with heart defects. So rather than trying to bring their own standards up, they instead donated 200K to Florida Governor Rick Scott's campaign and he, in turn, dropped the standards state-wide. Rick Scott is as close to a real-life Mr. Burns as any human being on this planet. I hope a train hits him on his drive to work tomorrow.
