Chicken marinade 👍

INGREDIENTS:
● Chicken fillet (400-700g) - 600 g
● Honey (for marinade) - 1 tbsp. l
● Mustard (for marinade) - 1 tbsp. l
● Soy sauce (for marinade) - 1 tbsp. l
● Lemon juice (for marinade) - 1 tbsp. l
● Vegetable oil (1 tbsp for marinade, for roasting, how much is needed.) - 1 tbsp. l
● Garlic (for marinade, to taste) - 2 teeth.
● Spices (salt, (very slightly) black and red pepper, to taste.) - 1 tsp.
● Starch (for breading) - 100 g

PREPARATION:
Marinade: honey, mustard, fresh lemon, vegetable oil, soy sauce, mix everything, add chopped garlic and spices to taste. Marinate the fillet, at least 5 hours, preferably at night.
Cut the fillet into small pieces. Put on a paper towel to remove liquid.
Pour starch into a plate, and roll each piece in it well (check the spices, you can have a little salt and pepper). Pour a sufficient amount of vegetable oil into the pan, and fry the chicken until crusted (fry for a short time, do not dry out).

Chebureks on custard dough.

This recipe for chebureks cooked in custard dough has been tested for years. The dough is amazing, better not to find. I recommend preparing such pasties for your household.

For the preparation of pasties on custard dough you will need:
For the test:
3.5 cups flour;
1/2 tsp salts;
1 cup boiling water;
100 g butter;
1 egg
For filling:
500 g of pork pulp;
4-6 bulbs;
salt, allspice - to taste;
sunflower oil for frying.

We will prepare the necessary products for the preparation of pasties on custard dough.

In a bowl, mix the sifted flour and salt, pour a glass of boiling water and quickly mix with a fork. Beat the melted butter slightly with the egg and immediately add to the flour mass.
Knead a very soft and tender dough, cover it with a napkin and start cooking the filling.

Pass the pork pulp and peeled onions through a meat grinder, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. The filling for the pasties is ready.
Cut off small parts from the dough and roll it out very thinly.

We spread the meat filling on one half of the dough, cover it with the second half of the dough.
Carefully fasten the edges of the cheburek.

In a pan with warmed sunflower oil, spread the pasties and fry on both sides until golden brown. Chebureks on choux pastry turn out to be amazingly delicious, please them with your loved ones.

Salad with cod liver. Tasty 👍

Ingredients:
Cod liver 1 can 250 g
Potato 3 pcs.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Carrot 12 pcs.
Cream cheese 100 g
Apple 1 pc.
Green onion 1 bunch
Walnuts 30 g
Lemon juice to taste
Mayonnaise up to 100 ml

Potatoes, carrots and eggs need to be cooked and cooled in advance. The apple is preferably acidic or sour-sweet, so that it does not darken and for a brighter taste, sprinkle it with lemon juice.
It is recommended to freeze too soft grades of processed cheese so that they are better rubbed.
In addition to green onions, you can experiment with other herbs, I thought, for example, about parsley. The amount of mayonnaise and how many layers they smear to taste, in my version everything is the least.
