After lots of requests, From Monday, our new 'On The Top' box will be available for delivery. All produce is classed as Low-Carb, this box is suitable for a number of food plans, with KETO Lifestyle being the most popular.

So after speaking with a customer this week, we have decided to trial a weekly recipe box, So just wanted to put it out there to get some initial feedback

Each box would contain ingredients for 3 meals for 2 people, examples of the sort of meals would be;

- Aubergine Bake with Coconut & Tomato
- Spinach, Lentil & Sweet Potato Dhal
- Squash & barley salad with balsamic

**COMPETITION**

We thought it would be really cool to cover the back of our van in hand drawn pictures of fruit and vegetables by local children in Bedfordshire.

So we have decided to run a competition to have your child's picture featured, We will then select up to 10 at random to be printed on the back of our vans (don't worry they will all be featured in our online gallery).

Simple Rules
- Must be on a white background

- Must be resident in Bedfordshire and under the age of 12.

- Can be any hand drawn fruit and vegetables they like, single piece, fruit bowl etc... Can include multiple items in the image.

- These can be photographed/scanned and emailed, posted to us or we can collect the drawing - Name, age and parents contact number must be on the back.

Cut off date: 21st June
