Valorant Network, Latency and Packet Loss fix that worked for me.

Go to your firewall then click Inbound Rules.
Click new rule then click port, click next then click TCP.
In Specific Local Ports, add this: 2099, 5222-5223, 8088, 8393-8400
Then click next until it's complete.
Add new rule again but this time, click port then UDP
In Specific Local Ports, add this: 5000-5500, 8088
Then click next until it's complete.
Next is go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections. Right click your current connection then properties.
Find Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), Click it then click properties.
Click use the following DNS Server Addresses then add the following
Preferred DNS: 1.1.1.1
Alternate DNS Server: 1.0.0.1
Open cmd and type in ping 1.1.1.1 then it will ping 3 times, then type ping 8.8.8.8
Find which dns has lower ms and use that.
If 8.8.8.8 has lower ms then put
Preferred DNS: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS Server: 8.4.4.8
