Rocker Dave (aka RD) started in the restaurant business while he was still in high school. He worked in the industry for a few years before going to college and ultimately pursuing a career in Finance. Cooking remained a passion and fulfilling hobby for RD throughout his life. RD retired from his day job in 2006 and is now a stay at home step dad to two young children. He is constantly experimenting in the kitchen to come up with new recipes or fresh takes on old favorites.

Cheesy Parmesan Mozzarella Bites
Ingredients:
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, and onion powder until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting into pieces.
Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan 🍍🍗
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Tuscan Seafood
2T Avocado oil
2T butter
1 lb shrimp cleaned
1 can claw crab meat Picked over
1 lb bag sea scallops
1 box muscles in garlic
5 cloves garlic diced
Cherry/grape tomatoes halved
4cups(1 bag) spinach
1 cp heavy cream
1/2 cp fresh grated parm cheese
4 T parsley chopped
Place avocado oil and butter into large skillet on medium high heat
Place all seafood into pan and cover
Cook all seafood about 3-4 minutes, remove seafood from pan and set aside.
In same pan add cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, garlic cook uncovered until garlic smells "nutty". Add cream and parm cheese cook until thicken slightly. (4-5 min) Place the seafood back into pan, and salt and pepper as desired. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to blend flavors.
Serve with crusty Italian or French bread
Crab and Shrimp Seafood Bisque Recipe،🤫😋🤤
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup carrot, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a spicy kick)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups seafood or chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 pound cooked crab meat, shells removed
1/2 pound cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
2 tablespoons sherry (optional)
Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion, celery, and carrot until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Stir in tomato paste, paprika, cayenne (if using), and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring until well combined. Cook for another minute.
Gradually add broth, stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Puree the soup until smooth using an immersion blender, or transfer to a standard blender in batches.
Mix in the heavy cream and simmer for 10 more minutes, until slightly thickened.
Add crab meat, shrimp, and sherry (if using). Simmer for 5 minutes or until seafood is heated through, keeping the heat low to avoid curdling the cream.
Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as needed.

Crockpot Brown Sugar Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin 🍖
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Pork tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon Ground sage
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
- 1 clove Garlic; crushed
- ½ cup Water
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Mix together the seasonings: sage, salt, pepper, and garlic. Rub over tenderloin.
2. Place ½ cup water in the slow cooker; place tenderloin in the slow cooker.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
4. An hour before the roast is finished, mix together the ingredients for the glaze in a small saucepan: brown sugar, cornstarch, balsamic vinegar, water, soy sauce.
5. Heat over medium and stir until the mixture thickens, about 4 minutes.
6. Brush roast with glaze 2 or 3 times during the last hour of cooking.
7. For a more caramelized crust: remove from crockpot and place on aluminum-lined sheet pan, glaze, and set under broiler for 1-2 minutes until bubbly and caramelized. Repeat 2 to 3 more times until desired crust is achieved.
8. Serve with remaining glaze on the side.
9. Enjoy!
