Each pot of Babi Pongteh [Nonya Braised Pork Belly with Fermented Soy Bean Sauce] takes about 2hr to achieve the oh-so-tender pork belly texture. Cooked using Indonesia Bulan Fresh Pork Belly, premium tea flower mushroom, potato and homemade rempah, this dish is my must serve for family gathering!

Each pot of Braised Pork Rib takes about 1hr 30 mins to achieve the fall-off-the-bone tender pork rib texture. Cooked together with healthy shiitake mushroom, black fungus, red dates and ginger, its a perfect home-cooked dish to boost your energy after a long day at work!

Each pot of FuFF's Babi Pongteh takes about 2hrs to simmer and reduce to reach the perfect tenderness! Diong diong pork belly, crunchy and juicy shiitake mushroom and soft braised potato is what my family and friends love and thats what i want to share with you too!
