Practice belly breathing by placing one hand on vour tummy and slowly inhaling. Imagine a
balloon exoanding uo in vour stomach as vou breathe in. and continue o innale untie balloon is completely filled. Hold your breath for 5 seconds while placing your other hand on your heart and feeling your beating. Now exhale gently for 10 seconds, feeling your abdomen flatten like a collapsing balloon. If you repeat this exercise four or five times, you should feel your heart rate slowing and your muscles relaxing.
