Respond to my presentation on November 20, 2019.
Last week. There are many aspects that I responded to.

First, I can't control my nervousness in front of the class, which causes a loss of concentration during the presentation.

Second, the lack of maximizing time to memorize and understand the contents of the material to be delivered.

Third, bad English makes me insecure when speaking and afraid.
And also the lack of improvisation that I did to the audience.

I really feel a lot of mistakes made during the presentation but I have tried as much as possible in preparing the material and themes to be displayed.

Iman Usman life

iman usman or usman was born in Padang on December 21, 1991. He is the son of 5 sisters, no brother. yes, the only son and the youngest child among his sisters. but only he can pe*****te levels of education up to bachelor and master degrees. not because her brother does not want to continue school, but they think that one day in the end women will only work in the house to serve their families later. he is also a social activist, writer, and public speaker at various national and international forums. he lives in a family that is neither poor nor rich, only a happy and simple family. His family had always had a philosophy that without high education, we could only live by survive. therefore, both parents always instill motivation in all their children so that they are always in the highest level of knowledge. as a child he did not know at all what his goals for the future, all he knew was how to help others, more precisely his friends. because every day he was crazy playing cards like uno cards, and playing football. but that habit has changed since he learned that there are children who are not like him, because every time he comes home from school there are some friends who have to help his parents work to help their family income, because of that he decided to make a library in his home, and he tried to teach his friend, certainly a lower age than him at the time. not because he felt pretentious clever, but because he really likes to pretend to act like a teacher because he will feel in control and you can tell them easy things like what they have to do, because that's what he likes about being a teacher.

and that activity led me to do something bigger until 2009 when he finally created a youth-led organization called Indonesian future leaders, basically a non-profit organization that organizes young people for social good. so we use young people to do social and academic projects with the skills and resources they need to really do something good for the community. that choice made him want to do something about education, and that also made him go to Colombia to take a master's scholarship program in education. and in Colombia he learned about the philosophy of edification, comparative education policy, learned how education was applied in many contexts.
but one thing he didn't expect was that he was finally exposed to how technology could actually be so transformative in education? he is exposed to how education can actually be applied and can be designed outside the classroom setting and then he is exposed to so many ideas with so many projects and in particular to change education, After his studies in America, Usman returned to Indonesia to establish Ruangguru.com with his best friend, Adamas Belva Syah Devara. Ruangguru.com is a digital company engaged in education and technology. The company has served more than 12 million users and is the largest education company in Indonesia. The services offered by this company are also varied, provided: video learning services, private teacher search sites (online and offline), online training platforms for partnerships and public, online exam platforms, learning management systems, and others. I worked as President Director until June 2016 and then became Product Director (Chief Product Officer) until now.
Through his innovation with Ruangguru, Usman was awarded a number of awards, including: UNICEF Young Innovator to Watch 2015, Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2016 in the Consumer Technology category, and MIT Solver 2017 from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, United States. In 2016, Iman was also trusted by the Government of Indonesia to sit on the Youth Panel Commission on the Education Commission, together with Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Malala Yousafzai, to provide recommendations to world leaders regarding global funding for education.

Last, I want my audience remember that Life is how to love what you do not just what you want. Trust— your gut, destiny, life, karma, or whatever. Eventhough you don't know that you make right decisions or not, just belief that it would all work out ok.
