Giovanna Irizarry for Assembly, is the Director of Special Education and Student Support Services for Woodland Park Public Schools. She’s previously served as the Director of Early Childhood Education and as an Elementary School Principal. She began her career in education serving in Paterson Public Schools for sixteen years in a variety of teacher and administrative capacities.

Giovanna has been in the classroom and has devoted her life to education. She will bring invaluable real-life teaching experience and insight with her to Trenton!
