365 days since my ACL and MCL in my left knee were reconstructed from ground zero.
This has been the longest, most mentally debilitating 12 months I've had to endure, but as I sit here now writing this post, I can tell you that the process, despite all of its hardships, has been worth it.
Australian Wrestling is not ready for this comeback. But believe me, it's coming.
Getting the itch...

INJURY/REHAB UPDATE:
9 months post-op, and I have been given the all-clear to resume ring duties. As this is a little earlier than expected, I have been advised to take it easy for the next few months to minimise the risk of re-injury while utilising training within my rehab program. Basically, nothing too fancy for a while. Not that I ever did much of that anyway. π
See y'all real soon.

Countdown to June is on!
Happy New Year.
Reflecting on what undoubtedly has been the most challenging year of both my career and personal life.
I spent the entirety of the year on the shelf, having not wrestled a match since September 2022, going in for surgery to repair the syndesmosis ligaments in my right ankle that October. Fast forward to January, I'm back in the ring for probably no longer than 4 weeks and end up tearing both the ACL and MCL in my left knee, being told I'm back on the shelf again for a minimum of 12 months post-surgery.
Having such high hopes and plans to make this my breakout year, this left me feeling so many mixed emotions, but now being 6 months post-surgery, my determination, hunger and desire to come back better than ever is there like you wouldn't believe.
I may still have a long way to go on this journey of recovery, but watch this space in 2024 and beyond.
Australian wrestling scene, you're on notice.

4 Years!
This has been a journey full of ups and downs - more specifically, the last 12 months of injuries and surgeries - but what a crazy ride it has been!
Thank you to everyone that I've shared a ring, locker room, or commentary desk with in these last 4 years. I look forward to coming back better than ever in 2024!

Posting to remind myself of the better days ahead.
Hey all,
It's been a while. I just wanted to share the news that I will be going in for knee surgery on Thursday, 8th June.
I have been fortunate enough to have the ongoing support of the wrestling community here in Adelaide, as well as the opportunity to try my hand at commentary for Pro Wrestling South Australia the last few months. But right now, my sole focus will be getting through the next 12 months of rehab and coming back as the best version of myself I can be.
In the meantime, enjoy a throwback to the last time I appeared on a Riot City Wrestling show.
Thank you.
See you soon.
Accurate.
PCL and ACL are completely "knackered" as my specialist so blatantly put it. What does this mean for me? 2023 is a write-off, and I have a minimum of 12 months of rehab to get through post-surgery.
Am I sad? Absolutely. Am I going to let this stop me? Not on your life.
In the meantime, please continue to support the fantastic talent this city has to offer.
I'll see you all in 2024.
I'll see you down the road.
2022.

INJURY/REHAB UPDATE.
Currently 11 weeks post-op.
All clear to resume training as of next week, but still on light duties for another 1-2 weeks.
With the announcement of our Adelaide Fringe shows I've set myself a goal to be back, ready and good to go for March 4th's SuperClash V.
Time to go to work.
Thank you, my friend.
Sometimes it takes more courage to step away than it does to continue. Enjoy retirement and thank you for the most fun years I had in the ring.
