Road over 400 miles today to support some of my favorite people! I got to watch my brother compete at his Taekwondo tournament, got to squeeze a little bonding time with Li’l Miss Cedar Valley 2024 - Charlotte Harris and enjoyed watching the very first Miss Palmer Hills Organization competition.

Thankful for Gateway Contemporary Ballet and GCB sponsors for giving me the opportunity to spend the weekend at Chicago National Association of Dance Masters (CNADM). I got to learn from so many amazing teachers in lyrical, contemporary, classical ballet, tap, jazz, musical theatre, and hip hop!

Today I come home from the Miss Iowa Youth Program pageant a more confident me.
This year I’ve gained so many new friends, had the opportunity to raise awareness and funds for the Iowa Lions Eye Bank and serve my community.

Interview went great!

Miss Iowa Youth Program Check in, rehearsal and our service project went great today. It was so fun seeing all my friends and meeting some new ones. One more day!

I made it to Muscatine and I’m so excited for the Miss Iowa Youth Program pageant weekend! Can’t wait to see everyone!!

During my year representing Clinton County I have handmade and sold bracelets to give proceeds to the Iowa Lions Eye Bank

Each bracelet has a green bead representing the earth/recipient and a blue bead representing the sky/donor.

With the help and support from everyone who has purchased a bracelet from me I have been able to donate $1,000 this year! I’ve also been able to share the importance of registering to become an organ tissue and eye donor.

Recital day for Carousel School of Dance and Gateway Contemporary Ballet! GCB did a ballet to Ferdinand finds football by our fearless leader Miss Linda Luckstead. Carousel did Cinderella before the ball and Disney songs.
This was such a fun show!

The next big event is Miss Iowa Youth Program in two weeks!!

I got the opportunity to dance with Carousel School of Dance at Felix Alder Day Family Festival at Discovery Center then I volunteered at the Free play bubble station! Such a fun day ☀️

This year for the Miss Iowa Youth Program and Miss Illinois Youth Program service project, we are collecting items for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Iowa & Western Illinois!
