Via- .in_hvac Learning more and more about Inverters. Granted this call wasn't a mechanical issue, but we got to the bottom of it.

Client called because of a clunking sounds in the wall by the air handler. Did a full diagnostic and found a piece of board insulation loose inside the return plenum and the setting were off on the dip switches. Reading 0.3DC, switched to 0.6 per manufacturer.

Client happy and tech is satisfied completing a fun diagnosis successfully.
