I am very excited to be joined by this amazing pair Lantivet Duo this Saturday for Live at Livi!
Epic to get back in the saddle of gigging again and to be joined by some pretty seasoned livestreamers is a total dream!

It’s been a tough year, for everyone, and I’ve struggled to find space and energy to find my zone again, and even more so to share what I’ve been writing - never mind trying to grab the moments of quiet with this little mutt who cant keep himself from singing along 😂 I’m excited to share this next song with you all, and hope that this finds you well where you are. In amongst all this madness, there are still some pretty beautiful moments, and when the music doesnt quite cure the blues I'll turn to baking, and the Mountain Cafe Aviemore cookbook has meant i can actually acheive an edible, if not relatively tasty cake. Seeing this on a MONDAY morning feels pretty beautiful ❤️😭😂

Haaaaaaaaave I got your attention?!?!?!
Sooooo, I, unlike many musicians have been pretty quiet on here, and ive been totally in awe of how incredibly creative people are and how inspiring it is to realise how many incredibly special people there are around!
I've not really felt the writing inspiration, perhaps because I, like a lot of you guys have found this hard to make sense of. However!! I realised that a track that I wrote with Brendan which premiered (yeooo) at the gig just before the lockdown feels so bloody appropriate right now.
Soooo!
This Friday I'll be releasing a special version of 'Strength' along with the two beautiful gentleman (swipe along!) , and I hope it'll remind us all of the Strength that we have in these wildly challenging and confusing times.

Anyone need something to sway around to whilst they're making their third brekky this morning?
Something a wee bit different, wrote this tune for my Pa's birthday, Brendan Musk went and worked some incredible arranging and tooting magic on it and then Anna Brigham blessed it with her unreal skills on the violin (brings the good tears every time).
Happy Birthday Stewart Musk, now go learn it!

My babe of a brother and his bedazzling bird AKA the Lantivet Duo are doing a livestream concert this Friday at 7PM!

Who Am I?
Singer/Songwriter from West Lothian, Scotland

Angela Musk is a singer songwriter from Blackburn, West Lothian. Writing songs from the age of 11, she has built a reputation for her emotive, honest and thought—provoking lyrics which address aspects of grief and love that are universally relatable yet perhaps difficult for people to openly talk about. Angela released the EP Letters in December 2019, which has gained radio play in stations across Scotland. Each track is direct, honest and unapologetic, an outlet for personal exploration of subjects that many find difficult to address. She draws influence from the likes of Sara Barielles, Missy Higgins and Delta Goodrem and this can be heard in her harmonic approach to song writing. Her rich and melodic and unforgettable vocals teamed with moving and intricate piano played by her brother, Brendan Musk, gives a unique performance which leaves the audience reflective yet uplifted.
