FUN STORY: I started having symptoms of alopecia at the age of 14, and for those don’t know what that is, my hair fall out in bald patches of various sizes. ⁣⁣

For a young 14 year old girl, that was her life coming to an end, my hair were everything thing to me, to the point where i’d turn down invites from friends incase someone could see the patch.⁣⁣

I’d get my mom to sketch out hair or black blob in the area of patch so no one could see it.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It almost stopped me from living a normal 14 year old’s life - well up until 18 years, it remained the winner, and I was this defeated soul who’d constantly be worried about her hair patches showing in public!⁣⁣

It took away a lot of socialising back at university from me and stopped me from even showing up to my lectures at times. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I found it hard to make friends because I didn’t want the sympathetic look coming my way as if I was somewhat less⁣⁣
⁣⁣
But I had to figure out a way of owning who I truly was, and always have been. AMAZING! With or out without alopecia … ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I worked on my mindset, I learnt how subconscious mind takes on what we feed it’s way and I taught myself how to reframe my own worth in my eyes. (Later on went to qualify as a hypnotist of course, a huge part of how I cover mindset is Savage Entrepreneur Academy)⁣⁣

Now I even show up on my Facebook lives and not worry about patch showing to the world ⁣⁣

That lesson learnt at the age of 18 still applies in business today. ⁣⁣

Yeah I graduated in 2011 with a plan, to be “the world’s best MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT” ⁣

I went on to qualifying as a chartered accountant and didn’t feel aligned, I was not cut for the corporate world and nor was I taking someone as my boss!⁣

Frankly, I told my to-be husband, the employment sector would only work for me if I can start at 10:30am instead of 8am 😂. That is when I made the switch and ...⁣
⁣... we started our own business in the watch industry and fast forward today I am a 7 figure business owner (yup, FACT)⁣

But, it was never MY business, I always envisioned my business to be empowering other women, helping them become successful, financially free, independent and enter NETWORK MARKETING in 2017. That is my on the day Beachbody launched in the UK at the opening ceremony.⁣

I was sold on the idea of residual income and loved how woman could actually build this from home. So many do, some of my amazing friends are. BUT it was not for me. I continued coaching friends and others in the industry, bringing not only online coaching business experience but also a brick and mortar business together to help them build sustainable business in the network marketing. ⁣

But I knew, I was being called to something more. Financial independence was important to me, but the women I was helping, needed more than a side hustle, they had the fire in them just like me to build an online business in coaching and make 6 figures solid!⁣

Staying in that lane would have been a huge disservice to them and boy am I glad I made that shift, because ya girl is helping these budding entrepreneurs make money moves 💰⁣

⒈ SET A TIMER:⁣
… yes, set yourself a timer or in the pursuit of finding what your ideal client really wants, you’ll end up with the whole comparison and consumption mode. 30 mins a week to gather market research, create polls in groups, scan other coaches IG profiles for what has gotten engagement and response is ENOUGH to yield you a weeks worth of content at the least, and have you infront of ideal client.⁣

⒉ Create a TRACKER:⁣
… have a handy tracker that you update consistently with market research ideas that you are about to gather, write an idea, elaborate in your own words how your ideal client is in need of this and forget about it till you create a post or mini training from it. Over time you’ll have a bank ideas that you can repurpose and reuse. ⁣
⁣
⒊ Be intentional:⁣
… okay but what does being intentional mean? You have a timer and a tracker, be strict with that and use it to the T. You are not reading and storing every single thing on the internet but only what is applicable to your own business and brand. Whatever else you find, don’t waste time, mute or unfollow it so it doesn’t consume you at all. Get in and get out. ⁣

Not only this way will you be saving your time, but have a bank of ideas and how to effectively get your ideal clients reaching out for you.⁣

I know what it’s like to try and accept that this is your new normal, and somehow letting go of being a financially independent woman after kids is whats right for you. You have tried to fit into this set self criteria but the void in you keeps growing and you are desperate for a solution. ⁣⁣

How big of a problem are you solving for your client and what results are they getting from that⁣

If the problem is massive for your client, your guidance/coaching will yield them the transformation they simply can not go on with having any longer and therefore happy to pay premium price.⁣

If the problem isn’t keeping them awake at nights worried, then they can possibly spend less and outsource or self pace the learning, thus less likely to pay premium⁣

The investment you personally have made in yourself as well as the overheads that you incur in delivering the final package. ⁣

If you personally have gained expertise or invested in a coach to work on your own journey, you have picked up on valuable expertise regardless of you having previous clients of your own. That needs to be factored and reflected into your own offer price.⁣

Mood Board - okay let’s get creative, type in your core values, words associated with your coaching and what your key content is about in pinterest and search for mood boards around that. Pick the one that resonates most with you. Pick the colours you love and get approx 5 to fill your palette. Similar colours, lighter/darker tones, complimentary colour and background. Grab their hex codes⁣

3️⃣ Step three:⁣

Canva - I mean you could replace canva with another app/programme but I highly recommend Canva for it’s ease of use (nope, I’m not an affiliate, just a fan). I have the pro version. Canva has tonnes of free templates, you can enter your hex codes of colours and start creating a unique to you images to own your branding on IG for your coaching business.⁣
⁣
Messy action is definitely perfect, but as you start to grow and become an authority, starting to do things in a unique to you way becomes integral to your branding but you don’t need to over complicate it.⁣

Wake up and decide what “THE TASK” of the day is and you will not go to sleep without completing it. This will be the main task that moves needle in your business and then keep a streak chart, it takes a blow at your pride to not get this commitment done, play at your ego’s strength.⁣
TOP TIP: If you are a busy mom with no time to waste, alternate the main task of the day between providing value and lead nurturing throughout the week.⁣

Reflect back at night before going to bed with the intention of repeating the next day. Read your reasons for why you are doing this over and not complicate the process.⁣

Entrepreneurship is NOT a struggle bus, and taking action is simply process on repeat over time⁣

WHY I LEFT NETWORK MARKETING!

Being BRAVE to PIVOT is sometimes all you need to becoming successful 💥

Don’t get me wrong, I love what industry does and how mums have the opportunity to bring home extra income stream, but …

Not many people know, I started my online entrepreneur journey with network marketing.

It was 2 LONG years before I called quits

Why? Because I constantly felt like a failure, hoping from company to company. 😤

I had bright ideas, content strategies, group nurturing process and tonnes of leadership qualities BUT I never could put them to practice.

I felt the effort outweighed the end result, I was relying on other team’s efforts.

😞 I felt I needed to work my a** off to make little compensation and that didn’t sit well with me.

I joined network marketing because I loved the idea of RESIDUAL INCOME and working around my children from home, but I was NOT sold on the daily hustle on repeat

I knew I was made for more impact, more money and more time freedom to spend with my children like most moms who join network marketing BUT this wasn’t for me!

I’ll always be thankful because:

✨I learnt there is a better way
✨Much more scalable business
✨Real impact to be made

… and frankly be better compensated! 💸

Taking the BIG BOLD STEP of calling quits, phoning upline and feeling like a failure confessing I’m leaving, was not easy and often thought of giving up all together

Took several rehearsals before I had the courage, but the best step I ever took
