Not only for players a professional preparation is the key to a successful season, also scouts can be ahead of others with early planning and pre-season scouting. While others still need to study the names of the new players when the season starts, the top scout has already seen them playing during pre-season.
Now in july countless friendlies happen, almost everywhere in the world, from the mountain village in Austria to the big football arenas in the US. Matchpilot informs you about where exactly who is playing against whom, the indispensable helping tool for all who do not want to sit at home waiting but are "Born to scout".
ISB wishes everyone a successful season 2017/2018 and a safe trip!

Youth football from Portugal and Spain is highly renowned worldwide, not only because both countries collect titles on U17 and U19 levels. But who really knows more about their domestic youth football? How are the leagues organised, what teams are the opponents of Sporting or Sevilla, who are the top scorers? ISB is now tackling and closing this huge gap. Line-ups, complete player names, schedules with location information. From Catalonia to Andalusia, from Braga to Lisbon, about 200 spanish and portuguese youth teams with over 5000 players. The U17 and U19 leagues from Portugal are complete. Spain´s 7 regional groups "División de Honor Juvenil" now follow.
ISB once again sets standards when it comes to professional data. Enjoy checking which José or Miguel will be the next one on the way to the top!

Development on the road?

With the increasing number of national and international competitions, those players strike who play for multiple teams in various competitions, often weekly changing the team. Especially during the transition period from youth to professional football, many talents get stuck between the teams, which makes continuous training and development difficult.
Isaiah Brown (Chelsea) und Frederick Woodman (Newcastle) are current U19 England internationals. Forward Brown appeared for 5 teams in 7 competitions so far this season, goalkeeper Woodman due to a loan deal even for 6 teams in 10 competitions.
U19 England teammate Dele Alli, midfielder for MK Dons, proves the opposite. Currently in his second season as a first team regular, he signed for Tottenham for next season.
Which way is the better one? Many team changes and travel or regular training and continuous competition appearances?
