C.A.T. Walk and Fun Run

Dear C.A.T. Walk friends,

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we regret to announce the cancellation of the C.A.T. Walk & Fun Run again this year. Although we are disappointed that we cannot gather on July 4th for this wonderful community event, it is with even greater sadness to report that our beloved C.A.T. Walk & Fun Run race announcer, Ralph Brown, has been missing since Sunday, May 16, 2021. Ralph has been the race announcer for this event since 2001.

Law enforcement continues to search for Ralph Brown, 76, who has dementia and is considered endangered. Washington County Sheriff's Office has canvassed Newberg, Oregon, Ralph’s last known location determined by GPS signals from his cell phone. Ralph could be anywhere at this point so please help spread the word that he is STILL MISSING by sharing this flyer on social media. If you see Ralph, please do not let him out of your sight. If you spot him in Washington County, please call 503-629-0111. If you see him outside of Washington County, please contact local authorities or call 911.

Thank you to The Human Bean and all of their amazing customers for supporting Coffee for a Cure last Friday. The Hillsboro and Cornelius stores raised $5,557.55. Wow! The proceeds will help us provide breast cancer education, outreach and treatment to the community.
