We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the 2023 Denison Christmas in the Country event. There were so many people who generously donated their time, (and still are as we prepare for Saturday), space, resources, and more to help make it all happen, and we are incredibly grateful to each and every one of them.

We know there are many people who played a part in making this event possible, and I personally apologize in advance if I inadvertently leave anyone out.

We would like to extend a special thank you to the following individuals and organizations, who went above and beyond to help make what we know will be a magical and memorable experience for all who attend:

- Bill Barrow, Chris McManigal, and Dick Lassiter, for graciously allowing us to post signs on their property.
- The Barrow Family, Samantha Correll, and the City of Denison, for providing us with the space we needed for our vendors.
- Steve Van Horn, for providing us with the wagon and making the hayride-sleigh ride available to everyone.
- The 4H Denison Builders, for decorating the wagon and making the ride a truly magical Christmas moment.
- Ronda Davis, for collecting all of the donations for our Scavenger Hunt.
- Dany Kravitcz, for posting signs, cutting the Christmas tree, providing the trash barrels, and being the best elf ever.
- Pizza Hut, Boomers, Jhetts, China Chinese restaurant, Trails Cafe, El Ranchito Restaurant, Cockeyed Pig, 7 eleven, Dairy Queen, Taco Bell, Sonic, and Finer than a Frog Hair Bar & Grill, for generously donating prizes for our Scavenger Hunt.

Tickets will be available for purchase at the North Pole Milk & Cookie Co., (a.k.a Community Building). You do not need to be present to win.

Are you wondering what you can get to eat on a chilly winters day when you come to the Denison Christmas in the Country event next Saturday, December 2nd from 10:30-3? Well, Finer than a Frog Hair Bar & Grill has the perfect togo cup of chlli, chicken noodle, or broccoli cheddar and potato soup to fill your belly and warm you up. Thank you Samantha Correll!

Take a "scroll" back and check out all of the vendors you will see next Saturday. Not featured yet, Samantha Correll. Sam will have her well known and sought after spice packets in your favorite flavors (mine is the horseradish dip) and she will have roasted nuts. Look for one last vendor post on Friday to find out what building your favorite vendor will be located in. But...we hope you visit them all.
