5 Reasons Why Argentina Is the Best Surrogacy Travel Destination For Single and LGBTQ Intended Parents - Royal Surrogacy Deciding to follow a path of surrogacy or IVF can be challenging and is indeed one of the toughest choices a couple or a single can ever make. People who struggle to conceive a child naturally, are in a homosexual relationship, or want to have a baby without a partner have to overcome many difficult...
👉When are donor eggs advised? There are numerous reasons why donor eggs may be suggested. This treatment is most commonly used due to:
✅Age-related infertility
✅Advanced maternal age
✅A high risk of passing on hereditary or genetic conditions
✅Premature menopause
✅Premature ovarian failure
✅Poor egg quality
✅Infertility caused by a medical treatment
Within donor-conceived families, you will notice kids having similar mannerisms to their parents, using similar phrases, and sharing many other similarities. We will say this: your donor-conceived child is every bit your child, and they feel the same way.
👉Suppose you decide to build your family through surrogacy as a single parent. In that case, you have to consider these topics (and not only):
✅Who will provide the biological materials? eggs (or s***m in case of single women) to conceive your baby?
✅How do you select your donors?
✅who will be your surrogate?
✅What information you and your child can access about your donor?
✅Do other members of your family know about your decision? Do they support it?
✅Are you ready for this?
✅Have you thought through the financial aspect of surrogacy?
💙💛Opening up about your infertility and seeking support from the ones close to you can help you deal with emotional distress a lot. Of course, it’s great to find support in your significant other, but sometimes the pressure you may both be feeling adds up, which can make it super hard to sort out them together. Thus, finding comfort from outside the relationship – such as visiting a therapist – can be profitable for you two. However, it is vital to be careful in your choices regarding who you will open up to.
💙💛Your surrogate's involvement level with your kid in the future depends on what all parties feel convenient with. The bond looks different for every match, to put it another way. Although it's terrific when intended parents decide to keep their surrogate involved this much, the relationship can be equally fulfilling without constant communication. Of course, some surrogates welcome and appreciate a photo and update from time to time. Still, they understand it is not an obligation. And while this is something that will be discussed throughout the surrogacy experience, the reality is that as time passes, communication may fade.
❤It's time you've been waiting for longer than you remember – your baby is born! And while you've shared your thankfulness with your surrogate for the irreplaceable role she played in this experience, you may wonder how your paths resume from here. It can be demanding to precisely know how your bond with your surrogate will look after childbirth. The months that follow the birth, adjusting as parents and growing families, can be emotionally charged. It is why it's essential to consider how you foresee this already amazing relationship post-birth.
👉When speaking to your child about their conception, the most crucial point is letting them know how deeply loved and wanted they are. An entire group of people came together to bring them into existence and your family!
❤A genuinely delicate yet essential question for intended parents is: “how do I tell my child that they were conceived using a donor embryo or an egg donor?” Although IVF offers fantastic advantages, it’s also essential to address these reasonable concerns to help alleviate any fear or stress that intended parents may go through. This blog shares some helpful insights and tips for parents who have chosen to reveal the information to their children.

How to Tell Your Child That They Are Born Through Donor Conception - Royal Surrogacy When speaking to your child about their conception, the most crucial point is letting them know how deeply loved and wanted they are. An entire group of people came together to bring them into existence and your family! Donor children are children conceived with IVF using donor eggs or donor embryos...
There are five important initial tests to consider before IVF
✅Sperm analysis, to study the quality of semen (also tested on donors for solo mothers and same-sex female couples)
✅Transvaginal ultrasound to check the functionality of the uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes
✅Blood tests: to assess the general health of the genetic parents, to rule out hormonal problems of ovulation or other glands, and to identify any infection to be treated prior to IVF. Blood tests are undertaken on donors
✅The basic genetic study called a karyotype, for both genetic parents
✅In some cases, a test called Hysterosalpingography may be recommended. This particular form of X-ray is used to study the fallopian tubes more closely.

👉The objective of infertility treatment should be the birth of a single, healthy child.
👉The ability to limit the number of embryos transferred is an effective approach to limit multiple pregnancies. The Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART) and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) has published guidelines recommending an optimal number of embryos for transfer based on patient age, embryo quality, and other criteria.
✅This decision should be based upon the best interests of the patient and the future offspring.
❣The Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology
👉More LGBT individuals and couples are deciding to have children. Many of these individuals and couples choosing to build a family through assisted reproductive technology (ART) have concerns about how to best nurture and protect their children. It may be helpful to consider these challenges through psychoeducational and legal counseling before starting the family-building process.
❤️Counseling focuses on the best interests of the offspring and should discuss the following four topics:
✅Medical options and considerations:- Parents-to-be should learn about family-building options most suitable to their situation based on their age, gender, reproductive status, and personal health. Gay or le***an intended parents will need to seek the help of a third party in order to have a child. The third party could be a gestational carrier, an egg, s***m, embryo donor, or both. How and where to identify a suitable third-party healthcare provider should be addressed.
✅Knowledge of legal statutes: - Laws about same-sex parenting vary from state to state (and country to country). Specific statutes about civil union, same-sex legal marriage, and parentage can have a big impact on how individuals choose to build their families. It is important to understand that rights legally granted in one jurisdiction do not necessarily cross state lines. A legal consultation is suggested to determine each partner’s parental rights.
✅Sociocultural climate: - Counseling can help individuals (children and parents) address feelings and responses to sociocultural challenges for same-sex and LGBT families.
✅Personal biases and emotional challenges: LGBT individuals sometimes have personal biases and concerns related to his/her homosexuality or “right” to have children. These attitudes may come from life experiences or from having negative views about one’s own sexuality. These biases and concerns could impact the relationship between parent and child. It may be helpful to explore these biases and prejudices before starting assisted reproduction to become a parent. Counseling topics might include the parent(s)’ level of openness about his/her/their sexuality to family members, friends, coworkers, or the community at large.
👉The need to use assisted reproductive interventions adds concerns and worries for any parent-to-be. Psychoeducational counseling can address feelings of biological connectedness, concerns about third-party helpers, and societal bias.

👉AMH is considered an ovarian reserve marker.
✅In contrast to other markers of ovarian reserve that show significant fluctuations during the menstrual cycle, serum AMH concentrations have been shown to be relatively stable.
✅Women with higher concentrations of AMH have a better response to ovarian stimulation and tend to produce more retrievable oocytes than women with low or undetectable AMH.
✅Women at risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome after gonadotropin administration can have significantly elevated AMH concentrations.
✅The polycystic ovarian syndrome can elevate serum AMH concentrations because it is associated with the presence of large numbers of small follicles.

❣Each of us knows at least one person who, besides the ages passed and life progressed, even when she is stunning and perfect, did not yet have the privilege to start her own family. Often when a friend or family member is single raising this issue reveals fear and quarrel (at best) or complete severance of ties (at worst).
🥰But how do you take even the first steps? As a surrogacy agency that has accompanied hundreds of couples on their way to starting a family, we come across similar stories almost daily. Of course, the question of referral is always a sensitive issue, and one story is always different from another. On the other hand, experience shows that there are similar lines and patterns that repeat themselves.

👉When people set out on a complex journey for choosing the most suitable surrogacy company, they often receive many attractive price quotes.
🙃Sadly, they may even be taking cynical advantage of the couple’s sensitive medical and emotional state. They offer prices that are low – too low – and envelop them in groundless promises of luxurious clinics or attractive-looking contracts with numerous terms and limitations written in the small print.
😇This happens simply because couples are not always aware of what this really means. In fact, so-called attractive prices could render couples spending vast amounts of money, even without achieving their desired outcome: An extended family.

👉I am thinking of going through double donation. I was struggling with making such an important decision, I am concerned about the way people judge me. How to cope with this feeling?
❣" I would say come to terms with confidence about your decision, and that will help you, and it will come across when you’re talking to people. If people get an element of doubt from you, that also creates more doubt for them. If they see that you have thought about it and you’re proud of your decision, I think that’s also what they take from it." Mel Johnson, Founder of The Stork and I.

👉Intracytoplasmic s***m injection (ICSI) is a type of IVF that is often used for couples with male factor infertility. With ICSI, a single s***m is injected into a mature egg. The alternative to ICSI is “conventional” fertilization where the egg and many s***m are placed in a petri dish together and the s***m fertilizes an egg on its own.
Despite COVID -19 Pandemic we are welcoming more and more babies
👉What happens to embryos that are not used?
❣Embryos are usually stored for up to 10 years, although it is possible to store them shorter or longer period of time than this. You will need to give your consent and to make clear how long they should be frozen and the conditions under which they can be used (for yourself or for donation, you can also request to destroy them). The clinic will give you the consent forms and explain what your choices are before you complete them
We proudly support the intended parents’ choices on every step of it and try to make life-changing journeys convenient and easier for them.

5 Things to Consider Before Starting a Journey of Being a Single Parent - Royal Surrogacy Even though some people think first of adoption, biological parenthood is a plausible path to becoming a parent There are several reasons why men and women might turn to a single surrogacy journey, for instance, it may be the only option for men and women (Especially after a certain age) not having....
🥰Planning the Birth -The most exciting part of the whole surrogacy journey. The stage where you and your partner realize that you are super close to making your dreams come true and are about to meet your beloved baby. It is a dramatic moment, and as with any pregnancy, when reaching the finish line, the tension is at its peak.
❣It is important to make sure that the surrogate receives close and professional medical care from the moment she is admitted to the emergency department of women in the hospital, through her transfer to the delivery room, and ending with the management of the birth. The professionalism of the medical staff must be correspondent with their ability to analyze different situations and give them solutions. For example, the on-time decisions on cesarean section, and the like. Request information regarding the maternity ward at the designated hospital. A professional and quality agency will provide all details with full transparency.
❣All in all, taking the best care of your surrogate while she carries your long-awaited baby is our responsibility. We always make every effort to ensure your peace while you and your partner are away. We look after your surrogate and your child so that everyone feels safe, comfortable, and happy with the process.
