Pilates is an incredible addition to a well-rounded workout regimen. It hits every part of the body. I like to say it gets 'those in-between muscles' fired up a whole lot, too.
Pilates gets us rotating, planking, rounding our spines, stretching our spines, moving our arms and legs in all directions, the list goes on...all without putting extra stress on the joints like some other workouts do.
Just felt the pull to give Pilates an extra shout-out today ;) If not a full class, try to at least incorporate multiple 'Pilates-based' exercises in multiple times a week to supplement your other and .

What a stunning day of wandering Tuscan towns & hillsides.
HILLsides. So steep. Plus a stroller or holding a baby.
It was a magical day.
Workout for looks? Okay. Workout for cardio health etc? Definitely necessary.
But workout to SEIZE EACH DAY?
YES please!!!
