Happy 15th birthday to my daughter Danielle. Hopefully one day we will be reunited.
So I accepted a delivery got to the restaurant early and was told the order was already picked up. I reported the problem and waited in the area for another delivery. I accepted another order at the same restaurant not realizing it was for the same customer. Which was already picked up. I called DoorDash and was told they can only partially compensate me for the second delivery even though I accepted two deliveries for the same person who’s order had already been picked up and canceled the first order through the app because the order had been picked up. I requested a supervisor who refused to take the call. I was compensated $1.62 for a $3.00 order and can’t even cash out because they charge $1.99. So I drove 5 miles for nothing. I saw a new report about a door dash employee making 400k a year to work on the app who was upset about their dashing mandate for all employees. F**K YOU DUDE AND F**K DOORDASH! You already don’t pay us enough and have the audacity to complain about having to do what your employees do daily for pennies.
