It’s summer in Nebraska (though pleasantly livable today) and while you might think you can only drink thoroughly chilled white wine, rosé, IPA and Pils…we know that many of you here still grill hearty meals. Teran is a local grape variety in Croatia…and this unbashful wine would love to line up next to your burgers, streaks, and meatballs. Maybe not a summer patio ponder, but who are you foolin’? La Spinetta Toscana Vermentino. 100% Vermentino fermented in stainless steel. The producer says: “The wine has notes of Mediterranean scrub blended with mineral and white flower scents. The flavors are a perfect match of fresh and savory.”. It has been a few minutes since I have interacted with Mediterranean scrub…but if that smells or tastes like this wine I would be totally into it. To me, very aromatic in a tropical way. A little booze and more tropicals to the finish. Sip sup sup.

Look what we just got in from Greeley, CO! Juicy Bits. This is a hazy IPA that is made by nice people. We think you should try it! It should start appearing in Lincoln stores on Wednesday and Omaha stores on Thursday. We request that retailers keep it cold to preserve the character...though it does not tend to stick arround for very long on shelves...

Eliphas. A difficult can to photograph, but I think I succeeded in getting a pretty decent bad photo of it. Luckily, the beer is easier to drink than it is to get a bad photo of.

It is here! just rolled into the dub. This one is Always with Flow a collab with . It is an 8.5% ABV Double India Pale Ale with Pineapple (the fruit, not a new hop variety) Enigma, Nelson, Sabro. Packed 12/19/23. We will have to wait until after the holiday to get it into the market, but we already have several retailers on board next week.
