Halloween may have been yesterday but there's still plenty of spooky events on this week in Monmouthshire, including Chepstow Castle's Halloween trail & craft activities at the Old Station Tintern.

There's also half-term activity days at Llandegfedd Lake, bonfire night fireworks this weekend and a fun Aardman Animations workshop at The Blake Theatre in Monmouth.

Thanks to on Instagram for this haunting photo of Chepstow Castle in front of a crescent moon.

There's just a few more days to enjoy Caldicot Castle before it closes for the season as the last day of opening is Saturday 5th November. As always, entry is completely FREE!

If you can't get there in time, the Country Park is open throughout the year so you can still enjoy the 55 acres of woodland, fields, lake, rivers & moat.

Thanks to for this autumnal photo.
