Preparing a meal for today! Who’s hungry? 🤤
We may be in / but that doesn’t mean our healthy routines need to stop.
Here are a couple of things we’re implementing daily to ensure our health and wellness doesn’t go on lockdown too:
- Start your day before 8:00am
- Make time for exercise (online workouts & yoga routines are available)
- Take a walk around the garden every hour during the day
- Plan your meals focussing on whole foods
- Keep a bottle of water with you
- Set up a designated workspace
- Spend time on a hobby you enjoy (yoga, reading, gardening, etc.)
- Enjoy some downtime with your lockdown loved ones
- Get to bed before 11:00pm
