Such is life right now. Things that feel heavy will not go away, they may increase.
The only solution is to love.

β Sit (spine straight) or lie flat comfortably with closed eyes and focus on your breathing.
β Don't try to change anything (breathing, thinking).
β Thoughts will come.
Focus on breathing.
(It doesn't matter how it goes, important is just to do it. Gets better the more you do it.)
β When it becomes a habit and it gives this amazing sweet feeling of peace π
And you just feel better.
