Happy Thursday!!!!

I discovered these in my local Kmart Australia this week, so I grabbed a few. Then went back for more.

They’re a great size, and handy for hiding those pesky fitted sheets no one likes to fold. The felt bag also doubles as a bag to grab and fill with washing from the dryer when you’re out of washing baskets haha.

And then I also scored a 3 pack of Ritz Biscuits from Coles, for just 88c.

Just thought I’d pop on up, and let you know about something I discovered today while shopping in Aldi.

We all know prices have gone up, especially recently. So any bargain, is a good bargain. HOWEVER. I have noticed that Aldi have been marking down items for clearance, and then marking them up again. Not sure why, but they’re doing it.
About 2 months ago, I bought what they had advertised as habadashery. So cottons, sewing pins, sewing tape, sewing markers etc, and they were all marked down to 49c each instead of $1.29. Score!!!!

Today, I saw the same items, same item number, listed in clearance still. However they are now being priced at 79c. The same items, on clearance and have been put up in price.

Now I used to work at Aldi, roughly 8 years ago. And we never did this. I’m not sure why they would mark up a clearance item, but if you know of why, or know someone that works at Aldi, and would be able to let us know why, I’d love to find out!

So keep your eyes peeled, especially if you’ve previously bought a clearance item and the price just doesn’t seem right!

I must add, it was the same Aldi that I purchased from, Thad had marked up prices.

As we creep closer and closer to school starting again, I’m sure we’ve all been on the hunt for a dchool related bargain or two.

Well today I come across these gorgeous library/swim bag combos at Coles and couldn’t resist snapping a photo to share.

They feel really good quality, and for $15 for a library bag AND a swim bag I feel that’s a bit of a score!

These were in stock at Coles in Warnbro, WA today.

I walked past these at Kmart Australia in Baldivis just yesterday and have read some really good reviews on them. I have also seen them being used in Christmas light displays. And yes, I know that’s months away, but who doesn’t love a little creativity?

There were plenty left at Kmart Baldivis yesterday.

Just a cheeky Saturday score for you all.

Woolworths has had a special on their 24pack of sausages this week. I noticed that their “best before” date was todays date, so I asked a staff member if there was any chance he would be able to reduce them for me. I was told he could only do one pack, but he kindly discounted all 4 packs for me.

Absolute bargain!

Especially because these are my kids favourite sausages and they’ll be so handy to take frozen when we go camping too!

That’s a saving of $18.33 considering the packs are usually $12 each.

Yes Christmas is over. But that doesn’t mean I can’t start preparing for next year, does it?

I managed to get each of my babes an outfit for next year at an amazing price.

Kmart Rockingham had a $1 rack, of which was packed when I was in store just yesterday. However as we walked past this morning there wasn’t anyone even batting an eyelid as they walked past so I decided to check it out.

Now if you know me, you know I am a Disney lover at heart and my girls are very closely following that. So you can imagine I was over the moon when I come across a few Disney items for the kids. Even a few Bluey pairs of pants & a shirt.

Before the $1 discount, this would have cost me $135. Which I’d never pay for a few Christmas shirts and pants for the kids. I just couldn’t resist the $1 price tag.
