is my love note to stand up comedy and comedians. I do not be fu***ng with comics (I’m a kept woman), but I do love and appreciate us and our art form. It’s necessary. We are the boundary pushers. The voice of the people. Clowns without the college. And it’s where I began to really embrace myself. Stand up has done so much for my mental (though I’m still crazy) and I can’t be more grateful. Laughter is healing & since most people don’t have health insurance they need a double dose. I truly do appreciate all of you for sharing yourselves and being able to laugh at your own s**t.

Last Monday we had some heavy hitters slide through which is dope but just know every week we have a good ass time.
