That’s why I created a video to share with you this delicious recipe. It’s a version of my Ecuadorian Shrimp Ceviche 😋 🍤 🍋
Next time I will make a video with the traditional recipe. 🤩

Below are the ingredients in case you want to try: 🤤

- 1 pound of shrimp
- 1 small red onion
- 1/4 red onion for the broth
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp of mustard
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of Shrimp Broth
- Chopped Cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 cebolla paiteña pequeña
- 1/4 de cebolla paiteña para licuar
- 2 tomates
- 1 pimiento verde
- 1 limón
- 1 Cda. de mostaza
- 1 Cda. de pasta de maní
- 1/2 tz. del caldo de camarones
- Cilantro Picado
- Sal y pimienta al gusto.
