Emotions play a vital role in our well- being but when we are emotionally overwhelmed and avoid our feelings then it can lead to emotional constipation. We actually try to suppress our emotions we are hardwired to suppress feelings rather then embrace them. The ability to feel well allows us to develop a strong sense of self and gives us the flexibility to live freely and pursue our passions.But when we are not sure how to feel the emotions then the emotions can stuck in our bodies.
The word diet itself has become extremely popular for the wrong reasons in today's world. Going on a diet is like punishment for people. It is perceived as a process where you starve yourself or deprieve yourself of food over a period of time to loose weight and go back to your old pattern of eating. Let me tell you very honestly nothing works if you don't pursue it consistently.
A diet will not work if you don't enjoy it and make it a part of your lifestyle. Your way of living something you enjoy, that helps you to become a better person, something which gives you a peace of mind it has to include everything your good days, bad days, cheat days, festivals, vacations, traveling each and every aspect of your life. You have to be your own nutritionist.
Guided quantum meditation script by Sufi Sri for a two-hour meditative process for Mahashivratri:
Time: between 3 AM to 6 AM
Period: 2 Hours
The mantra: "Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu"
This mantra means "May all beings be happy and free, and may my thoughts, words, and actions contribute to their happiness and freedom."
It can be chanted towards the end of the meditation as a way to extend positive energy and intentions to all beings in the universe.
Meditation process;
Part 1 - Preparation (30 minutes)
Find a comfortable seated position and take a few deep breaths. Let go of any thoughts or distractions, and allow yourself to fully arrive in the present moment.
Visualize yourself standing at the foot of a great mountain, which represents the divine within you. Take a few moments to connect with the mountain and the energy it represents.
Now, begin to focus on your breath. Take slow, deep breaths, and focus your attention on the sensation of the air moving in and out of your body.
As you breathe in, imagine that you are breathing in pure, divine energy. As you breathe out, imagine that you are releasing any negative energy or emotions that you may be holding onto.
Continue to focus on your breath for the next 15-20 minutes, allowing yourself to fully prepare for the meditative journey ahead.
Part 2 - Ascending the Mountain (30 minutes)
Now, visualize yourself beginning to climb the mountain. As you climb, feel the roughness of the rocks under your feet and the wind blowing through your hair.
As you climb higher, begin to feel the presence of the divine. Feel a sense of peace and clarity wash over you, as if the mountain itself is guiding you towards a greater understanding of the universe.
As you continue to climb higher, begin to focus on the energy of Lord Shiva. Feel his energy radiating from your heart center, spreading out to every corner of your being.
As you climb to the top of the mountain, you feel a sense of elation and joy wash over you. You feel connected to the universe in a way that you never have before. You feel at one with the divine.
Part 3 - Deepening Your Connection (45 minutes)
Now, take some time to deepen your connection with the divine. Visualize yourself standing on the peak of the mountain, surrounded by pure, divine energy.
Take a few moments to connect with this energy, allowing yourself to fully immerse in the present moment. Allow yourself to feel the energy of the divine flowing through you, guiding you towards your highest potential.
As you continue to meditate, focus on your heart center. Visualize a bright, radiant light emanating from your heart, spreading out to every corner of the universe.
Feel this energy radiating from your heart, spreading love and positivity to all beings in the universe. Allow yourself to feel a deep sense of compassion and connectedness to all of creation.
Part 4 - Integration (15 minutes)
As you begin to wrap up your meditation, take some time to integrate the experience. Reflect on the insights you may have gained during this meditation.
Think about how you can carry this energy of the divine with you throughout your daily life. How can you bring the energy of Lord Shiva into your daily interactions with others?
Take a few moments to express gratitude for this experience and the energy of the divine that flows through all of creation.
Part 5 - Closing (10 minutes)
Take a few deep breaths, and slowly begin to come back to your body. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and stretch your body.
As you open your eyes, take a moment to express gratitude for this experience and the energy of the divine that flows through all of creation.
Remember that the energy you've experienced in this meditation is always with you, guiding you towards greater understanding and connection with the universe.

One who takes up yoga practice without observing moderation of diet obtains no benefit rather they get various diseases. It is clearly said in our Yogic texts if you are practicing yoga asanas then you should be eating satvic food and that too in moderation excessive eating can be satisfying for your mind and senses. But it places extra pressure on the diaphragm and the lungs after over eating one can never breath freely.
So if you want to get the benefits of yoga asanas or any other fitness programme you should eat on moderation and eat satvic food only.
The Secret to eating fruits
Eat fruits only on empty stomach never after the meal or with the meal.Eat only fresh fruits and juices avoid cans, packaged fruits. When you drink fresh fruit juice drink it slowly let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. If we consume the fruits right way and in the right quantity first thing in the morning it can prevent greying hair, baldness and dark circles, boost energy levels and can be great for our skin as well.

☀️समय के साथ चलो स्वस्थ रहो !!☀️
टिक टिक टिक दीवार पर टंगी घड़ी की आवाज आप सबने सुनी होगी, पर क्या अपने शरीर के अंदर हो रही टिक टिक को सुना है ???
समय देखने के लिए जैसे हम घड़ी का इस्तमाल करते हैं वैसे ही प्रकृति ने एक घड़ी हमारे शरीर में भी दी है, ताकि शरीर से जुड़ा हर काम समय पर हो सके। प्रकृति के द्वारा दी गई इस घड़ी को जैविक घड़ी या बॉडी क्लॉक कहते हैं। इस जैविक घड़ी के हिसाब से हमारे मिजाज़, हार्मोन के स्तर, शरीर का तापमान और पाचन क्रिया में लगातार उतार चढ़ाव होता रहता है। अगर किसी भी वजह से इस घड़ी के कार्य में बाधा आ जाती है तो सिरदर्द और सर्दी लगने से लेकर कैंसर जैसे भयानक रोग भी लग जाते हैं। डिप्रेशन, insomnia, UTI, हाई बीपी, डायबिटीज, मोटापा और हृदय रोग जैसी बीमारियां भी हो सकती हैं।
जैविक घड़ी के गड़बड़ होने से शरीर में प्रतिरोधक क्षमता कम होने लगती है जिससे कई तरह के रोग होने का खतरा बढ़ जाता है।
अतः हम क्या खाते हैं, कितना खाते हैं, कैसे सोते हैं, यह जितना महत्वपूर्ण है, उतना महत्वपूर्ण है हम कब खाते है या कब सोते हैं।
आइए जानते हैं किस वक्त कौन सा अंग सक्रिय रहता है ---
☀️ सुबह ३—५ बजे ☀️
यह ब्रह्ममुहूर्त का समय है। इस समय फेफड़े ( lungs) सर्वाधिक क्रियाशील रहते हैं। इस समय थोड़ा गुनगुना पानीं पीकर खुली हवा में घूमना एवं प्राणायाम करना शरीर को स्वस्थ वा स्फूर्तिमान बनता है।
☀️ सुबह ५—७ बजे के बीच ☀️
इस समय बड़ी आंत ( large intestine) सक्रिय रहती है। अतः इस समय मल ( stool) त्यागने का समय होता है। इस समय जो लोग सोते रहते हैं उन्हें constipation और कई तरह की पेट संबंधी दिक्कत हो सकती है।
☀️ सुबह 7 — 11 बजे के बीच ☀️
सुबह 7—9 बजे तक आमाशय (stomach) क्रिया शील रहता है और 9—11 बजे तक अग्नाशेय ( pancreas) और प्लीहा ( spleen) active रहते हैं। इस समय पाचक रस ( digestive juices) अधिक बनते हैं। यह भोजन करने का सही समय है। इस समय एकाग्रता और विचारशक्ति भी उत्तम होती है।
☀️ दोपहर 11—1 बजे के बीच ☀️
इस समय ऊर्जा का प्रवाह हृदय की ओर होता है।
☀️ दोपहर 1—3 बजे के बीच ☀️
इस समय छोटी आंत ( small intestine) सक्रिय रहती है। इसका मुख्य काम न्यूट्रिएंट्स को absorb करना और waste product को large intestine की ओर धकेलना होता है। इस समय पानी पीना बेहतर होता है। इस समय भोजन करने से बचना चाहिए।
☀️ दोपहर 3—5 के बीच ☀️
इस समय मूत्राशय ( urinary bladder) सक्रिय होता है। इस समय मूत्र त्याग ( urinate)जरूर करना चाहिए।
☀️ शाम 5—7 बजे के बीच ☀️
इस समय जीवन शक्ति गुर्दों ( kidney) की तरफ प्रवाहित होती है।
सुबह किए गए भोजन का पाचन इस समय तक पूरा हो चुका होता है इसलिए इस समय हल्का भोजन करना चाहिए। भोजन के तीन घंटे बाद दूध का सेवन कर सकते हैं।
☀️ रात्रि 7—9 बजे के बीच ☀️
इस समय मस्तिष्क सक्रिय रहता है। अतः प्रातः काल के अलावा इस काल में पढ़ा हुआ पाठ जल्दी याद रह
जाता है।
☀️ रात्रि 9—11 बजे के बीच ☀️
इस समय किया गया भोजन ठीक से पचता नहीं है और एसिड जमा होने से कई रोग पैदा हो सकते हैं। इस समय पीठ के बल या बाएं करवट लेकर विश्राम करने से स्पाइनल कॉर्ड को शक्ति मिलती है। यह सोने का सही समय है। इस समय की नींद सबसे ज्यादा शांति देने वाली होती है।
☀️ रात्रि 11—1 बजे के बीच ☀️
इस समय यकृत और पित्ताशय सक्रिय रहते हैं। इस समय जागते रहने से पित्त बढ़ सकता है जिससे अनिद्रा, सिर दर्द और नेत्र रोग हो सकते हैं। इस समय शरीर रिकवरी mode में होता है। नए टिश्यू और सेल्स का निर्माण करता है। इस समय जागते रहेंगे तो बुढ़ापा जल्दी आएगा।
☀️ रात्रि 1—3 बजे के बीच ☀️
इस समय लिवर क्रियाशील रहता है और खाए गए अन्न का सूक्ष्म पाचन करता है। इस समय शरीर को गहरी नींद की जरूरत होती है और ऐसा न करने पर पाचन तंत्र बिगड़ जाता है।
