Telling somebody who isn’t ready to buy to checkout is like lighting a candle in the wind. Think of it this way, consumers have a life cycle with every single brand they interact with.
Compare it to the human life cycle. Telling a toddler to read a newspaper would never catch on, but saying the word ‘sweets’ would cause quite the reaction 🍭
It’s essential to nurture your leads through their buyer journey. Be in the places they spend most of their time, be it emails or socials. Understanding how to take customers from start to finish is an art form!
