The final two oils in the Premium Starter Kit are Orange+ and Stress Away. These are another two of my favourites and probably some of my most used oils. I even love the two together in the diffuser ☺️.

Orange+ is one of the many oils within Young Living's Plus Range. Plus Range essential oils are approved to be safe for digestion. You can add it to cooking or baking for added citrus flavour. Or add a few drops to water or a smoothie for a burst of flavour. It's great for a refreshing drink with a bit of extra boost.

Stress Away is a great essential oil blend to reduce stress and tension. It elevates your state of mind and reduces stressors that could impact sleep. I use this oil regularly when studying to keep calm and help me focus on my work.

Our final essential oil within the main section of the Premium Starter Kit is Thieves! Thieves has a sweet, spicy, warm aroma with a blend of Clove, Eucalyptus Radiata, Lemon, Cinnamon and Rosemary. This oil is cleansing and can freshen up any space.

Next up in the Premium Starter Kit is R.C! I have been using this essential oil the longest of any Young Living oil. I love to diffuse it or apply it to my chest when I have a stuffy nose. It's great for hayfever season! R.C is a blend of Spruce, Cypress and three different types of Eucalyptus. It's energetic aroma can be helpful before, during or after your workout or use it in the morning to perk up your day.

Today's essential oil is Young Living Purification! I love adding this oil to the diffuser to create a fresh enviroment when cleaning. It has a rich, clean, crisp aroma that purifies the air. Purification can also be used topically to cleanse and soothe cuts, scrapes or insect bites.

🌿 Diffuse to cleanse the air from unwanted odors
🌿 Add a few drops to dryer sheets to give your laundry and fresh boost

It's my second week with Young Living Essential Oils and I'm starting off with another oil in the Premium Starter Kit. Meet Peppermint! I love Peppermint for a refreshing boost during a tired day. It has a fresh and nostalgic aroma and can be used in various ways.

The fourth essential oil in the Premiur Starter Kit is... Lavender 🌱. Arguably one of the most recognisable essential oils, Lavender's sweet, floral aroma is both refreshing and soothing. Lavender is a balancing oil so it is great for both winding down and boosting energy. It is amazing for skin and beauty and the benefits are endless! This is definitely the most versatile essential oil and a personal favourite of mine. I use it at night to help me sleep and use it in my daily face wash. Every home would benefit from Lavender.
