Stranger things..... Fish adobo with calabasa. 😁

Calabasa seasoned with salt, pepper and a dash of oil and steamed while the rice is cooking. Canned sardines fried with some chopped garlic, seasoned with some soy sauce and ketchup to remove the taste of canned food, and added half a can (sardines_s can) of water. Steamed calabasa is added to the sardines after adding the water then leave it to simmer for a while.
