More, by Marc Deaz
I've got a new EP coming in just under a fortnight but really liked these 2 songs and figured they're better off out there than in a folder on my computer. They didn't really make sense on the EP, sounded kind of out of place - that might make sense when the EP comes out, maybe I'm just being pedantic - but here they are, "Again" and "Repeat," a little bit more of what I've got. Stay safe and love each other again; on repeat
2 track album
What a day! A song from my upcoming EP has been shortlisted for the Darebin Music Feast songwriter's award - I'll be performing that at Northcote town hall on Oct 31st, please come! - AND the old firm Grandstands have booked a show for December. Couple of these bad boys and life can't get any sweeter
Marc Deaz, performs at the Waratah Hotel, Hobart, 17.06.2016
Here's a video from a gig I played in Hobart in June. I was so blessed to play with my buddies Will and Hans and rapt that Pete's picks got a snip of it! Hans lent me his full-metal-ibanez-guitar and we only got to practice once before the show but I still love how it all turned out. This is a song called "Headcase (Hold Him Up)" and I'm in the process of recording it for my next full length due out next year. In the meantime I'll be putting out a 5 track EP real soon so keep your eyes and ears peeled
