This weekend- more of Chef Souley Cooks for Freinds. The menu - Jerk Lamb Meatballs, rice with pidgeon peas, plantains and spinach.
I served this Pomegranite Brussel Sprout Slaw as one of my selection in this week Meals by Chef Souley. This salad is tango of cruciferos vegetables - Brussel sprouts and kale spiked with pomegranate. Fresh!
