Tomorrow is our February No Cook Night at Rolling Smoke. Orders all day will count towards the fundraiser (they are open from 11am-7pm). If ordering in person, just mention the Ford Elementary fundraiser, and if ordering online, type “Ford Elementary Fundraiser” in the Special Instructions field. They will give back 20% to the school. 😋

These awesome kindergarteners celebrated the 💯th day of school!

Please save the date for ‘Donuts & Grown Ups’ at Ford. We are so excited to invite guardians to come to school and enjoy donuts and conversation with their student and their classmates. Please see the dates for each grade level. The time will be from 8:15-8:45am. This event will be hosted in the cafeteria. 🦊❤️🍩

Every year on January 22nd, we gather to honor Dr. Justina Ford. She was born on this day in 1871, and January 22nd is now an official state proclamation of Dr. Justina Ford Day! She is known for her exceptional kindness and perseverance- things that we strive to encompass every day.

Our fabulous 4th graders participated in a "Wax Museum" where they acted as famous people/historical figures (as part of their recent writing unit on biographies).

Way to go Ford foxes!! These 5th graders were honored at this week’s LPS Board of Education meeting!

Wow! Our Ford community is amazing! We were able to donate over 600 boxes of cereal to The Backpack Society AND we came together to see the chain reaction that the boxes made as a domino chain. Way to go Ford!

We are working with the Backpack Society to knockdown hunger… and in a fun and creative way! We encourage every student to bring in a new, unopened cereal box by Wednesday December 13th!

Some of our 3rd and 4th graders served up their own hot cocoa bar today!! They did a fantastic job! ☕️

Our 5th graders had an opportunity to learn about what it takes to be a NASA astronaut as part of their earth and space science unit. 🚀

4th graders had their Rendezvous & Trade Day today too! They completed activities to bring Colorado history to life.
