3/9/21 This is about three weeks of growth. The sprouts grew much faster. I got four gallon-sized storage bags full of lettuce, kale, and red chard. I am lovin my tower!

Here is just a few of the plants I’m harvesting before I do a whole new reset. I’m getting ready to add some kale and do some experimenting with some cucumbers.
