my wonderful soon-to-be SIL asked me to make custom earrings for her bridesmaids... and they’re complete! she wanted them to be dark green to match the bridesmaids dresses with gold pieces to add an art deco flair. I’m absolutely stoked with how they turned out 🤩✨

after my last restock, I decided to take a little break from making. I had allowed wandering roots to become something I didn’t want— a burden. my [self-inflicted] expectations of how often I “needed” to turn out pieces turned into additional stress outside of work that I just didn’t need. I want to keep making my little works of art, but I also want it to be something that brings me joy. not stress.
