Although I have loved sampling food and Drink in North West England last week there is nothing better than going to a home town eatery like for stir fried spicy beef. Even if it was a bit spicy for my liking. Could do with a pint in or to wash it down but I am off to work

Last night I had the honour of being the photographer for the welcome reception for the International Brigade Memorial Trust AGM. We visited the Memorial in Middlesbrough town Hall with the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Middlesbrough then had a social event featuring entertainment from Ella-Joy Hunton and Tabitha McGowan. There is more to come today as well
