Pick any number that suits you best.

👉🏾Now calculate your maintenance calories..
This is all you to maintain your current bodyweight.
Maintenance calories= Bodyweight (lbs) x Activity Level
👉🏾Find your cutting calories
This is key if you want to lose fat, just by lowering your total calories by 350-500 calories.
Maintenance calories- Cutting calories= Total daily calorie intake
👉🏾Divide calorie intake by your macros ratio
Your macros are Protein, Fat, and Carbs.
They are essential to your life.
A great ratio for my new students is 40% protein and 30% fat and carbs.

You went Pescatarian and still can’t lose weight?
Well, being Pescatarian is easy.
It’s hard when you don’t give up the unhealthy habits of junk and high processed foods.
Sodas, and cookies and high refined foods can have a negative impact if not taken in moderation.
The key is to build a relationship with whole foods plant base diet.
So, this is my 4 Fast Pescatarian Foods Hacks! that can aid you on losing weight and get shredded like me and my clients.
1. High Protein
Eating wild caught salmon 2-3x a week is one of my favorites. Eggs if you are lacto-ovo and went more source of protein into you diet.
Plant base protein powder supplement is another alternative. Don’t forget about Tofu, seitan are great add ons to your meals too.
The key is to build muscle while you are losing weight because the more muscle you have the more calories you will burn at rest.
𝐒𝐨 𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧!
2. Vegetables
They should be your best friends. Full in fiber and will leave you feeling full and energetic throughout the day.
Fiber also allows you to 💩 more, which will clean your inside of all the junk in it.
3. Healthy Fats
Most people struggle with getting enough healthy fats such as Avocados, nuts, peanut butter etc..
Eat the ones that have a lot of vitamins and minerals.
4. Fruits with low calories
Cherries, grapes, apples raspberries…
If you struggle with a sweet tooth like I do sometimes they are great alternatives.
Being Pescatarian is a process, but it’s easy to manage. Focus on eating more natural foods, and eating and you will see the GAINS.

But, your injury is due to
“Poor structural balance” in workouts 😪
This occurs in the performance of mostly bench press, and bicep curls on an everyday basis
You are delusional that doing only these workouts will make you more attractive, big and strong 😢
But over time there are no balances in your back muscles…
❌which causes your poor posture,
❌tight chest
❌injured rotator cuff or muscle within the shoulder
This can be easily fixed⤵️
✅You can achieve this by performing shoulder extension or hyperextensions movements

“Being too busy” is an excuse for the weak.
You can perform a weighted Bodyweight training that helps you save time, gain strength, flexibility while losing Fat.
30mins - 1hr, 3-4x a week is more than enough to get shredded.

From my experience, I can relate since I was once a beginner at muay thai back in 2014. I couldn’t throw a punch if my life depended on it.
But, I always wanted to spar with the best. Sometimes it was my ego speaking, but deep down i know if i have to learn I have to learn from the best.
He was short and stocky.
Every time i threw one punch, he countered with hooks 2x my speed. I sworn i saw white lights every time.
I would bleed, and have scars.
That wasn’t my focus,
I made a dedication to go to the gym everyday just to get beaten 🤕
Weird Flex, I know
Until, unconsciously I was lasting longer rounds and could predict his next moves.
I got stronger, and some days I would mess him up pretty badly.
This proved to me that although you get hit, you should never quit.
✅ First, Focus
✅ Second, stay positive.
This will kill the negative voice in your head and make you believe you can achieve anything.

Meditation🧘🏾♂️
There are several types of Meditation, mindful meditation being one of the hardest.
1. ⚡️Still Mindful Meditation - aim is to have the world surrounding you to vanish and listening to your thoughts while sitting.
2. Music Meditation
Music that is conducive to balancing the world around you and discovering your inner world is instrumental or has harmonious calming vocals
3. Yoga or tai chi
Maintaining posture and letting go to release stress is a form of meditation.
4. Journaling -writing down your thoughts, tuning down the volume in your head.
5. Walking meditation - kin hint park walks no distractions and focus only on walking
6. Gazing Meditation
By looking at an object and focusing through intention while closing the eyes and focusing on the same object.
7. Breathing meditation only focusing on breath. Involves long inhalation’s and shirts exhales . Taking deeper breaths throughout the day will give you more strength.
8. Grateful meditations appreciations can switch your moods.
Once you become more conscious with your thoughts you can start to live them with more focus and power.
You can interchange from bad to good or watch them without judgements and let them go.
