What a great start for someone first time making a reclaim, submitted last night and they have had confirmation today that their finance agreement was subjected to a hidden commission model.

Sadly like all claimants we will have to wait till the end of the year to hear a final response, which hopefully should get this person some £££'s back!!

Any claims to the FCA for mis-sold car finance will now be addressed in September,

This means you can still log a complaint, but you will have to wait until September for the FCA to begin the next investigation period.

Nice update from Martin Lewis here on something I already was helping people with FOR FREE since last May soz Martin, beat you to it pal 🤷‍♂️

If you haven't done so already, then make sure you use Martin Lewis's website and the free complaint tool, it's definitely worth doing if you've had car finance.
