How incredible is my girl doing!!🔥

What a journey! As you can see she has made incredible progress physically, we got these results by nailing the basics.

- calorie target
- protein goal
- increasing movement

She went through a very busy period with lots of exams and outside stressors - but the is is where having a coach to guide you through those times & set realistic targets will always pay off off ✅

She is one of the most beautiful souls I’ve got too know through coaching & she has never given up on this journey no matter how many struggles she’s faced & im excited too keep working together and seeing her reach her full potential ✨

This absolute stunner 🤩

This beauty is doing the work all the way from Australia! A question I get a lot is asking does the time difference matter & that’s the beauty of online coaching! You can do it from anywhere 💪

Her physical progress is incredible as you can see a big drop In body fat & focusing on building shape in her lower body 🍑

But not only is the physical progress the win here, she started out with a poor relationship with food, using it as a coping mechanism & comfort eating when feeling stressed.

Something many people struggle with but too afraid to ask for help.

Our main focus was changing that, because without fixing the root cause, she wouldn’t ever sustain any results & that’s the most important part to understand here.

Yes, dropping body fat is always down too a calorie deficit, and it may sound so simple, but for many, controlling eating habits is a struggle in itself.

Now she is thriving in all areas and I coudnt be more proud ❤️

Understanding she does not need too cut out food she likes, or live off toddlers calorie amounts & she CAN enjoy her meals and also a social life while seeing progres.

3 weeks progress 🤝

The power of tidying up your diet, hitting protein & adding more movement ✅

Still enjoying all the food she likes & not shying away from enjoying a social life - and we are just getting started 🤝

Undereating protein, doing hours of cardio,

This is not too say it takes jusy 3 weeks too hit your goals - this is too show what CAN be done in just 3 weeks when you follow the targets given & then continued on as a lifestyle 💪

If you take this up as a part time thing, that’s why you never reach your full potential & continuously jump on crazy diets every summer and new year ✅

It’s on you and you only too commit too learning how to do this, and once you do, you’ll never need a quick fix or fad diet again 🤝

I am way too excited for this ladies journey, she decided too get started and hasn’t looked back since & we haven’t even scratched the surface 💪

WHAT A BEAUTY 🤩

If you think you ‘don’t have time’ - this lady has 4 very young kids, a very very busy life and as you can imagine, not much ‘spare time’.

When she came to me, she wanted too make a change, build her confidence and start pouring into her own cup, having 4 small kids, you could imagine how busy her day is, she would forget about herself, forget too eat properly, and didn’t prioritise how she felt.

Without turning her whole life upside down, we created a routine that works for her, she hits the gym, she tracks her meals, hits her protein and is not neglecting herself anymore!

Absolutely nothing crazy, just nailing the basics!

When summer approached her routine changed with all 4 kids at home, she was worried it may affect her, but my god did this lady adapt and keep going 💪

She’s an inspiration and deserves so much credit for the work she does, coudnt be any prouder of her ❤️

You cannot pour from an empty cup, and her kids will now be diet from the amazing habits she’s showing them and a more energised and happy mammy 🫶

Absolutely incredible 👏

This ladies transformation goes so far beyond the physical side 💪

Her mindset towards taking care of herself has changed, her eating habits, her relationship with food and most importantly her confidence has sky rocketed 🚀

Another lady who’s had two holidays in between these pics and hasn’t in any way given up her social life, proving that you CAN make progress without sacrificing your whole life 🙌

As a coach, I know from experience that summer and Xmas time are the two months people usually out off starting, they think what’s the point and wait until the ‘right time’ - meaning they never gain knowledge on how too balance these periods out, and are always ‘starting again’ after the busier times.

Incredible work from this beauty 👑

Would you believe she is actually 1kg heavier in ger pictures now from when she started!

This is a prime example of stop only focusing on scales going down as a form of progress!

This will be totally dependant on your starting position and what you want too achieve!

We started out changing her eating habits and bringing in structure, including more meals and bringing her protein up too focus on building muscle, while focusing on a structured training program this allowed her too ‘tone up’.

You cannot cheat the system and certain targets need to be hit to get to your goal.

Now eating more calories and understanding the importance of balanced meals and protein, she’s made crazy progress.

She’s also just back from a holiday and hasn’t stopped her social life too achieve this, she just understands how to balance things in, and ticking boxes around these is why she’s got too where she is.

She shows up, listens to advice, checks in and asks questions - her work ethic is incredible and it shows 💪

Extremely proud of this lady, seeing her confidence shoot up aswell as the physical changes had been Incredible!

Excited too continue working together and seeing her smash every goal she sets 💪

The only thing standing between you and where you want to go is time, consistency and the work you’re avoiding.

Time - nothing happens over night so practice delayed gratification, you won’t see results after one gym session or even 6 gym sessions - but if you keep going you’ll eventually see the results.

Consistency - repeated action leads to results, not doing it sometimes or when you feel like it. If you’ve gained weight and looking to lose it, you’ve done that through consistently eating in a calorie surplus, so the opposite is needed to get the results you want.

The work you’re avoiding - talking about doing it, hoping to do it, saying you’ll do it, isn’t doing it. Setting a goal but then not doing the stuff that needs done to get there is like pi***ng against the wind.

You have the power and choice every day to make changes to things you’re unhappy with. Make the decision commit and stay consistent, you’ll never regret showing up for yourself 🫶

Can we take a moment for this queen 😍👑

Have you made progress in the past but you’re unsure how to maintain it? Have you dropped fat fast, but now you’re back to square one after that intense diet or giving up food groups?

This beauty has been with me a year, her starting pics to now are incredible, and the shoot pics where done in January, as you can see see she didn’t go backwards after her shoot, and a full year later she’s still progressing and killing it 💪

This is the approach that works, because it’s not normal to crash diet every single year for a holiday to then spend the rest of the year unhappy, no confidence and taking steps backwards.

This lady has also had holidays, has kids one of them very young, has busy work demands & along with the day to day life tasks - she didn’t have a ‘clear run’ or didn’t ’wait for the right time’ - because in reality for anything in your life, when is the right time?

With my coaching I set you up for success, not the other way round, and having coached 1,000s of ladies there main worry starting is that they will fail due too previous fad diets that had set them up for failure. That’s not the case and you can get results and keep them, while still enjoying your life, eating good food and not spending hours in the gym.

There’s no magic workout or diet, there’s no cutting out food groups or doing detoxes, it’s simply learning the basics of how to eat correctly and moving your body to what you can sustain week to week ✅

If you keep starting and stopping your delaying your own progress - commit, show up, learn and then you’ll see how you can sustain your results and not have too panic diet every single year for one week, while hiding away from pictures the rest of the year 🤝

Once your mindset changes, everything on the outside will change with it ✨

6 months left of 2024, you will decide how they go and where you’ll be starting 2025.

Look back at the last 6 months, how quickly they went, have you stuck to those new years goals you set? Did you keep up that gym membership you said you would? Did you achieve that fat loss goal you set yourself? Or did you give up the first sight of it getting a bit difficult? Or maybe because it’s ‘summer’ so there’s ’no point’.

If the last 6 months haven’t exactly gone to plan, then remember a lot can happen in the next 6, but that’s down to you and you only.

It doesn’t matter what season it is, who’s wedding is coming up, if you’ve a holiday booked - this shouldn’t be a part time thing, being healthy and feeling good can and should be all year round.

You can either be in the exact same place you are now, or you can start what you said you would and actually commit to it 🫡

Time passes either way ⏳

Starting pic - 90kg
Current weight - 66.5kg

Total loss of 23.5kg - gone for good 💪

This loss wasn’t done by extreme dieting, locking herself away with no social life or spending hours doing cardio / in fact it was the complete opposite, over 10 holidays, all the nice food she enjoys & very little cardio 🤝

Instead of getting overwhelmed and thinking ‘I’ve X amount to lose to get to where I want’ - just start & focus on the 1st kg, then the second, then the third and so on, before you know it you’ve created a new lifestyle change and all the progress comes with that - once you stay consistent ✅

The ladies are smashing there progress during summer - because this doesn’t pause real life and it’s not a phase you just do when things are quiet, the real progress comes when you can manage it in these periods 🤝

This lady has done a full 360 in all areas and she inspires me daily, the confidence she’s gained throughout and the strength I’ve seen from her is incredible and I’m so grateful too have seen her transform into the best version of herself ✨

6 weeks work & 6.7kg down 👏👏

This amazing lady is nothing but inspiring 💪

When she started she got landed with a lot of stuff going on in her personal life, meaning her ‘smooth run at this’ didn’t really go to plan - that’s the thing, nobody you see doing it gets a smooth run, they commit anyways and learn how to take care of there health around it. Because if you only learn how to make progress when it’s quiet, or there’s no events, or nothing gets in the way, you’ll give up the first second something pops up, and you’ll go round in circles for the rest of your life stopping and starting when in reality you can just make this your new lifestyle and change the habits you currently have ✅

So proud of this beauty and all my ladies smashing it - summer time and crazy results coming through 🚀

Taking care of yourself should be a priority, it’s the highest form of self respect out there.

Feeling sluggish, being unhappy, eating rubbish, getting barely any movement, these will all lead to a downward spiral to your mental health.

It’s a lot more than just ‘getting in shape’ and only the people who start this and don’t give up after a few weeks will agree.

Stop putting off taking care of yourself, the physical progress will come, but you have to start making changes for good, not just a quick fix or a few weeks 🤝

It’s the start of a brand new month, we are halfway through the year, if it hasn’t gone to plan just yet - then start now and finish the year strong ✨

14 weeks work 👏

This lady has done incredible work since starting, our focus was to strip back body fat, while building strength and ‘toning’ up - and she smashed it 💪

We achieved this without doing anything extreme, she’s had events and nights out, eaten normal food & has gained knowledge throughout on how to manage her calories & make progress through the busy summer period ✅

Like all my ladies, the main focus is building confidence throughout the journey - building habits to sustain it - gaining knowledge to understand it 🤝

‘The only limits you have, are the limits you believe’

You set the standard for your life. You are the director of how your life goes and you decide how you want to live it.

You can dim your shine in fear of other peoples opinions or you can live the life you want and chase the dreams you know you can have.

From an insecure girl, zero confidence, always chasing everyone’s approval, no purpose in life, living for the weekends and unhappy in myself - to getting rid of the noise and focusing on myself, bettering myself and creating the life I wanted.

This year alone has taught me so much about myself. You can overcome any obstacle that comes your way, always learning and always growing

To build confidence it all starts with you, showing up for yourself and taking care of yourself.

If someone told me 6/7 years ago I’d be running a business helping over 1000 women, doing photo shoots and actually having confidence I’d never believe them.

You can change your story at any time - just take the first step and don’t look back 🫡

This day was honestly up there with one of the best experiences, Couldn’t have done it without my accountability partner and his support throughout ❤️

The reason most people don’t see the results they want - is because they think the results they want will happen in a few weeks.

You have to be in it for the long game - the first pics here I was actually already in the gym, training 5 days a week.

No structure to workouts, no idea what to do with food and wasn’t eating enough protein.

Your training & food go hand in hand for results ✅

But another reason people don’t even start is because the think they cannot also live a normal life, eat normal food and a holiday will ‘undo’ the work.

Between both pictures here I’ve lived a very normal life, been on too many holidays too name the amount, lived in Marbella for a year and a half, had plenty of meals out, events, drinks, takeaways etc. but what I’ve done in between was hit the gym, track calories & hit protein.

Fitness and getting in shape should compliment the life you live, not take over it. That’s when you realise it’s sustainable 🫡

Setting a goal, sticking to it & completing it is one of the best ways you will build self confidence.

I seen it first hand happen to me when I decided to call myself out on my own bu****it years ago, join the gym and start taking control of taking care of my body and mind.

I now coach 100s of ladies and see them do the same, and it’s truly one of the best feelings.

If you say you’re going to do something, don’t follow through, but then complain about being in a certain position, you can’t blame anything else but yourself.

It’s up to you to make that decision and commit to it.

One of the best days ever and a massive thank you to for his amazing skills 📸 and to for being my biggest supporter and coaching me through it 🫶

Having an accountability partner made this so much easier, which also shows that your surroundings and environment will play a massive part on what you do.

Any goal is achieveable, you just have to be willing to show up daily, and that means on the days you don’t feel like it aswell, it’s always worth it in the end 🫶

Now get me back to the gym and eating protein asap after being out of routine the last week 😅

11 weeks of a dieting phase & the changes made from staying consistent and just following targets.

Calories are 2,200 - lowest was 1,800.

Not one meal was boring & no carbs were cut.

When dieting you have to eat in a calorie deficit consistently, this doesn’t mean you restrict food. We have so many options and 100000s of recipes available to make any type of food we want, small things like cooking your own meals at home will allow you to enjoy a variety of meals and see results.

I coach my clients exactly like this, my girls know all this & know they can eat normal food while seeing results.

The problem is when you don’t understand this, try to do the extreme & fall off quicker than you started. YOU can also make these changes and learn how to enjoy your meals, pop me a Direct Message to find out how 🫶
