Treetops Construction Update - May 2016

We are pleased to announce that Treetops received the Condominium Registration License (Aor Chor 1) on 29 February 2016. Transfers of units are now well underway.

Work has been ongoing in individual units with units almost complete. Work is being carried out on the rooftop BBQ area and the guard box at the entrance to the building.

Treetops Construction Update - October 2015

External windows have now been installed on all floors. Trees and shrubs are currently being planted on the rooftop and the swimming pool tiling is complete. Work is taking place on the covered parking drop point and the entrance road to the building. Brown paint has been applied to the external facade and lower floors are nearing completion. Extensive work is ongoing in the lobby including the installation of water features.

Treetops Construction Update - July 2015

Please take a look at the recent construction site photos taken on the 3rd and 4th of July 2015.

The studio and 2 bedroom mock up rooms on the 4th floor are now complete.

Please visit our sales office any time between 9.00am - 6.00pm to view these units.

Studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units are still readily available on a variety of floors including a limited number of direct sea view units. Selected studio and 1 bedroom units are available with a rental guarantee of 7% for 2 years and foreigners are able to purchase with freehold ownership under the foreign quota.

Treetops Construction Update - May 2015

Significant interior works and rooftop structural work has taken place during April 2015. Pre-cast wall panels have been installed on the 11th floor and balconies have been completed on floors 4 through to 6. Fire hose boxes have been installed on the lower floors and finishing touches are being applied to the mock up rooms on the 4th floor. Plastering and painting work in the corridors and mechanical and electrical works in the lobby are on-going. The rooftop is beginning to take shape after extensive structural work in recent weeks.

Treetops Construction Update

Concrete pouring has now been completed for floor 15 of 15 and work is underway on the rooftop. Pre-cast wall panels continue to be installed throughout the building and good progress has been made on the studio and 2 bedroom mock up rooms on the 4th floor (please refer to article photos). The internal staircase walls are currently being plastered and extensive work is being carried out on the lobby.

Construction Update - October 2014

Concrete slab pouring and casting has now been completed for 8 of the condominium building's 15 floors. Table forms have been installed on the 8th floor and the 9th floor is now visible. The expected completion date for the project is Q2 2015.

Significant construction progress has been made in recent weeks as the Treetops condominium building continues to rise out of the ground. Central zone vertical work is ongoing with columns and beams being assembled.

Construction of the Treetops Condominium building is well underway. At the time of posting the foundation and major excavation work is at an advanced stage. Work has been carried out on the footing alignment, installation of PVC waterstop and the setting of reinforced steel for the waste water tank.
