This weeks bake is a lemon drizzle. So easy to prepare and even easier to eat. Question is whats the best thing to have with it?
Yesterday’s Easter baking session was a creme egg rocky road, really easy to do and we used dairy free/lactose free butter rather than the salted one recommended, tasted incredible. Supposed to have melted white chocolate drizzled over the top but struggled to get it to drizzle without turning it into a whip, all we could think of is half melt the chocolate and eat the chunks 😂
This was our first attempt at a chocolate pastry snowflake..... As you can see... It did not go to plan... What did we learn?.... Not to leave the pastry out of the fridge too long before using it.... It made friends with the bin soon after this pic was taken, lesson learned.
