Simple Fruit & Vegetable wash 🍎

Pop fruit & veg in water with a splash of apple cider vinegar and a drop of lemon essential oil. Leave to soak and then rinse with water air dry or use paper towel (if you have any at the moment 😉) and then pop in the fridge.

Moments like these // It’s been a while between posts as I have been soaking up precious moments like these for the past few months. How good are milk drunk cuddles?!

We are excited to share that we welcomed a precious baby boy into the world in January and have been gently navigating our way through the early hazy days of parenthood.

As the 4th trimester comes to a close I am slowly finding my feet as a new Mama. And after having a few months off I am easing my way back into my biz with my new little CEO in my arms.

2018 has been such an amazing year!

We would like to say a big THANK YOU for all of your support this year. We brought to life so we could share with you our daily essentials and our passion for natural health & wellness, bone broth Little Bone Broth Co and living an essential oils lifestyle.

We love educating and empowering people about how to start living an essential oils lifestyle and incorporating bone broth in your daily wellness routine because we believe that 'the greatest medicine of all is how to teach people not to need it'..
