Happy Monday Morning All. Just a reminder to quit overthinking everything. A friend recently said that trying to please everyone
" puts a smack down on my potential because I get all wrapped up in overthinking all the BS. " She said "when I think this way it totally kills my vibe. It limits my creativity." Just be true to yourself. People respect that. When you function through your core, the people that matter...the ones in your tribe, will respect you. Stop trying to please all. It's really OK to be yourself. You do you and everything will fall in line.

Waiting for the right words....endless. So much I want to say but.....
I just want you all to know that if you are reading this, you are my family, and you are loved. These days are particularly challenging...one thing after another, like the incessant crashing of the harshest waves. But I also know that the roughest seas do become calm again. For sure.
So keep loose and find air anyway. For when you do, handling the waves gets a little easier.

Our outside realities cannot harm our unconquerable souls.

To All Students: Let your strength of spirit get you through this coming school year. You are young and you are strong, and these tough times shall pass. Remember the words of Helen Keller:
