2020 SUCKED

2021 SUCKED TOO - I really felt like I needed to recoup from 2020 but life kept happening and I never felt rested or restored. Good things did happen but they were so overshadowed by the crap from 2020 and a major loss in my family - it's just hard to see the good.

2022 is going to be my year.

I FINALLY after 3 years of battling my health and weight - got a good report from blood work and it seems that my amazing endocrinologist has worked out my meds!

Gluten free was by far the most amazing change we brought to the Jonestead.

Introducing Kkwellness meal plan and challenges help me stay focused and motivated!

Home assessment is starting as we move forward to become foster parents ❤️

I have a wonderful group of women who are so supportive and amazing!

All the stress caused a small set back in my health - to be expected I was worried to death! Had my follow up appt with the endocrinologist yesterday and they upped my meds for my thyroid. Here's to hoping I feel a little less tired every day.

If you had 30 minutes of time carved out for you, how would you spend it?

I love hopping on my spin bike with the instructor Cody Rigsby... He is so funny, he is so motivating, it's like going to class with a friend that you know...

If that's just not possible, I do a charcoal mask scrub, or a hydrating sheet mask! Taking care of my skin makes me feel more relaxed and confident!

There are never enough hours in a day.. I get up early to spend time with the dogs, in the evenings I spend time with my husband, I pick grab and go items from the store so that I can eat healthy in my car, I stay up late and pack lunches..

The list goes on and on...

I am not the best at checking on my friends, I am always running at 100 miles an hour, I keep a laundry list of things I need to do and never get to all of them...

I think it's just about finding your balance.. and that might look different to some people - and it may change with the season, or the week. Be flexible, and give yourself grace!! You are worth it.
