Not usually one for giving myself praise or credit but during lockdown Iβve achieved something that really excites me!
Between home schooling 2 children, trying to exercise and eat well whilst getting my kids to do the same! Cooking new things for my family, caring for Mimi with her broken arm and hospital visits Iβve managed to take time and do something to keep me motivated, fit, focused on the future and keep my mind active.
Iβm now a Certified Pole fitness Instructor!
Goes hand in hand with my Njam pole and activewear and doing what I love!!
