I/we just wanted to thank everyone for their outpouring love & support through these last 8 months of us building our coffee trailer. Our inspections for our license is this week, Thursday and Friday! Praying everything goes smoothly, so we can make our announcement for our soft & GRAND OPENING date public.

This trailer has brought a lot of tears, sweat, excitement, frustration, tons of money spent, countless hours of sleep lost (my husband has worked his tail end off), and so much dedication.

I’d be lying if I didn’t tell y’all how nervous I am to open, I will have a great support team for our opening weekend. Without them, none of this would be possible, without any of YOU this wouldn’t be possible. Our location is still in the parking lot next to Jerry’s furniture store, you won’t miss us when you drive by on Springfield.

Thank you for staying patient, being supportive, spreading the word, and all the encouragement through these last 8 months. We are SO close, like just a few weeks away. Keep ‘em eyes peeled back for our opening date coming Friday, pray our inspections go smoothly, and we will see y’all soon!

What is happening?! A-WHOLE-LOT! So we are here to catch you up on the news. 🌵☕️🍋🏜️

1. Take a look at our loyalty card, whether you’re drinking coffee or lemonade, you’ll get a punch credit towards a free one! ☕️🍋

2. Our trailer should be finished this weekend, we are scheduled with inspections for next week! (I am screaming inside with excitement/anxiousness)🤍

3. Our location is changing, but not by much. We meet with the landlord on Tuesday to make some adjustments, and will update you. 📝

4. We can’t wait to show off the inside of the trailer once we load our equipment and get things organized. ✔️

We just wanted to drop in and give an update. We are so many steps closer to our grand opening, I’m getting emotional. The amount of work that has gone into this trailer is unbelievable, but so worth it. 👏🏻🙌🏻

Within the next couple of weeks we will have counter tops, plumbing, sinks, and AC all installed. Then we will be moving in all of our equipment and getting ready for our inspections with the health department and the city! We can’t wait to share a few more updates as we get closer! ☕️🌵🏜️

UPDATE on our pretty girl, her vinyl is just about complete! This hardworking man, is rebuilding all 3 doors from scratch tonight, and we will finish the vinyl on those doors (hopefully tomorrow) and THEN we will be moving it up on 🗣️THE BIG TRAILER!😍

From there, we will begin the counter tops, plumbing, and sinks…. And then???? We will be be setting up our inspection dates for county & city! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Reminiscing our beautiful trip visiting family on the west coast, sipping on morning coffee. We’d like to thank our community for being so patient and understanding during our delayed time of our grand opening. We are still working so diligently to make everything perfect with our trailer. We are anxious (mostly myself) to get inside, and start slinging those summertime coffees & drinks for y’all!☕️🌵🌴🍋

We are BACK to being busy busy workers! We are working hard on the trailer, hopefully we will be moved up onto our big trailer with the flooring in the next few weeks. Then we will begin our counters, plumbing, and sinks! After that process, we will begin getting everything set up and prepared for inspections! These next couple of months are going to be busy, and long on top of our family, sports, weddings, my other business of photography, my husband working his fulltime job, and holidays. We sure can’t wait to share coffee with you, and get y’all headed on your way to blessed days! 💕

Although, this is not the update most of you are looking forward to, I put a lot of thought into this and would rather be upfront and honest, rather than last minute push back dates. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our late spring opening date, is delayed. Unfortunately our family has been hit with sicknesses, and trauma that have put our coffee business on hold. Our family, has and always will come first, so hang tight, we are just extending our date into the summer. Who knows, we may be done next month, or late August. Either way, we will be here to serve you, and spoil you all with some great coffee. ☕️

Our family, our children are very important and taking up some very precious time at this very moment. Most of you follow our personal facebooks and know what’s going on, and we appreciate your outpouring love, kindness, and prayers to our family during this season of life.💕

The vinyl wrap has begun. It’s like trying to put a phone screen protector on and pop/release a 100,000 of those little bubbles.

I’m so thankful for the husband who believes and supports me with all my crazy DIY ideas, including an entire coffee business. When this is all said and done, finished, and on the road, I think I might cry, a lot knowing that my amazing husband built this sucker from the literal GROUND up! ❤️

We would like to introduce to you, our 1st summer time employee, Kacelyn! She is so anxious to start earning money for her savings account. She is so thrilled to be able to make everyone coffee (she may end up sneaking some on the job too). We can’t wait until we open up, so y’all can meet this little bubble of absolute JOY & HAPPINESS. If you don’t leave excited about your coffee, I assure you will leave happy just from this girls sweet presence in the morning. 💕

A little about Kacelyn:
•She will be 13 this summer
•She goes by Kace
•She is a cheerleader and plays softball
•She raises hogs for the fair
•She loves riding SxS in her free time
•She loves Jesus and her family

Well friends.. One of the most common of questions asked can now be answered. Right off Springfield rd in the middle of town. This will be our home base, meaning a few designated days (to be decided) we will be here for your beverage needs. We will keep you all in the loop when we travel, head out to farmers markets, or do venues. We are still projected for late spring as our grand opening, we will be sure to make that announcement. So much hard HARD work is going into this trailer so it takes time, lots of time. And my husband is working as diligently, as he possibly can to make this happen for all of us. After spending the afternoon sipping and tasting different blends from different roasting companies. We made a final decision with a few close friends as our quality & control taste testers. ☕️🫘🌵

Frappes are being added to our menu! We picked up our equipment and some ingredients yesterday. This will be a great summer refreshment, that we can’t wait to share with y’all! 🤍
