Happy Tuesday! It fills me with joy to see the world starting to understand that resilience and emotions are not opposites. We are human and we all have emotions we need to regulate. Continuously hiding them or suppressing them is a toxic habit which can cost us our health. Not worth it. Let’s embrace our feelings and pay attention to them. That is how we build a deep understanding of ourselves and our needs as well as our challenges.

The journey so far

Well, it all started in 2017, I finally mustered the strength to embrace what I have always wanted to do and do it. Reiki became my passion and gradually I started exploring other amazing energy balancing tools such as the Hebrew pendulum, Emotional Freedom Technique, Violet Flame healing, bio-correction therapy, family constellation therapy. I have now added card readings. Something I have always done and never had the courage to offer to the general public.

Sharing these incredibly powerful techniques with the world and being able to give messages from guides and Archangels are very important to me. Stepping into our life experience as a soul is such a transformational experience. I am here to support others on their journey into themselves and discovering who they really are. Are you ready?
