People who have never experienced homelessness often like to write it off as if everyone who is homeless is either a drug addict or dealing with mental issues. But that simply is not the case. As Shakesha shared this week, she was actually making a short film at the same time as being homeless. Sometimes the situation is nothing more than circumstance and bad luck.
